It’s a cozy, human-sized establishment that offers a very pleasant experience. The breakfast was varied and satisfying, providing a great start to the day. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. The location is ideal, perfectly situated halfway between Toronto and Niagara, making it convenient to explore both areas. Additionally, having a gas station nearby was quite handy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the region.

perfect location - close to absolutely everything! good quality shampoo/soaps in bathroom. room was spacious - we traveled with our baby and had no problem fitting the playpen in for her to sleep. EV chargers were always available for us to use. staff was super friendly at check in/out.

mattress was too soft for us, might be general preference but our backs were sore after two nights. the air was dry, we would wake up needing to drink water and with a sore throat. overall these would not be deterrents and we would stay here again!

We had a very good buffet style breakfast with a great variety of offerings and wonderful wait staff. The room was spacious, had an excellent shower and washroom and a comfy king size bed with a great TV. The reception staff were welcoming and very helpful. Next time we'll bring our bathing suits and use the pool. It's a great hotel for a one or two nights stay, and it's very conveniently located by the QEW and not far from the GO train. Parking is free as well. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was good. However fresh fruit like strawberries and blueberries for the waffles would have been really nice. Pool and hot tub were really nice but the pool could have been a little warmer. My only concern was the tiles around the pool are very slippery. My granddaughter slipped multiple times while walking and holding our hands. Also the pillows in the room could be firmer. Otherwise we loved the overall experience.

The staff were all amazingly friendly and ready to serve. Everything was very clean, including the rooms, pool and hot tub. The halls are bright and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are nice and large.

We only had one cleaning of our room due to us getting the cleaning staff off their schedule, possibly.

Very comfortable room, excellent price, friendly and helpful staff. The pool and hot tub were great. The lobby area was very well appointed. Didn't have the breakfast but saw lots of happy faces eating there in the morning. Location is super, right by the QEW but didn't really notice the noise until morning rush hour, and even then it didn't disturb our sleep.

There is one elevator that travels to the 5th floor "only", yet it once stopped at the 2nd floor and my (tween-aged) kids encountered some sort of dark storage area, and exited the elevator, assuming it would be the lobby. I'm grateful my husband was with them to yank them back into the elevator before the doors closed -- they would have been terrified if the doors had closed behind them! Honestly though, that's the only thing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Water bottle were only provided once during our 4 days of stay and when I asked about I was told that they have changed the policy.

Good location, nice personnel, clean. I expected the common area and the pool to be larger, as the pictures created this feeling. It feels a bit small. Overall it was a good stay.

1) Stayed for 4 nights and the breakfast was exactly the same every single morning, with no change at all. I was tired of having exactly the same breakfast items every morning. 2) The water in the Jacuzzi seemed old- it had so much chlorine and bubbles in it so it was very hard to breath, and after using it I had a skin irritation. 3) There was a requirement to shower using soap before entering pool but there was no soap provided. 4) There was a heavy cooking smell every evening in the common area coming from the restaurant.

Loved the breakfast, choices of food and food quality. Loved the staff as they were incredibly attentive and courteous.

The AC unit did not seem to have any real control. It managed to eventually cool the room, but it would have been nice to have more control. The bathroom was quite small, but it was very clean.

The Hilton Garden Inn was a lovely hotel. It was impeccably clean and the staff were very polite and friendly. The rooms were large and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. The location is right off the highway so it is easily accessible.

Even though the hotel was easily accessible, there is VERY little around there. Could be an upside, though, if you want peace and quiet or a hidden getaway.
