Nice and clean and once inside you forget the surroundings.

Staff extremely unhelpful, they don't answer messages sent via booking (to clarify - they didn't answer my first one sent 24 hours before check in, only the reminder I sent the next day only to say 'please call the hotel'. Not helpful. When I asked the check in person at reception why they didn't answer my message all he had to say was 'it's not my fault but my colleagues' and ignored the whole issue altogether. Check your reservation a couple of days before the cancellation policy expires - three days before my booking the price for the same room was dropped 50%.

The queen size bed is hilariously too big for their Jr queen room. They could use a King sized bed and would leave more walking spaces but overall the bed is very comfortable for me and my friend plus my 9 yr old boy staying their for one night (we rented that room for our friend but we were too tired to go home after sending her back to the hotel)

Property was beautiful & great location , we attended a wedding there & it was perfect for the wedding

The room we got was 201 , very very small & compacted, couldn’t get out of the double bed unless you went to bottom:-( with it being for only one night this wasn’t a biggy for us , felt a bit like a extra large cupboard. It was strange there wasn’t a bar area for drinks , a lot of guests waiting before ceremony wanted a drink, it was unusual , if they could have had servers they would have sold a lot of drinks , nice place though !!

The room was spacious, looked over a cute garden. The bed was comfortable and it had very nice pillows. The tv had a Chromecast, which is a nice touch.

Easy to hear what was happening outside of the room. There was a half full water bottle when we first walked in, probably left by the housekeeping. Pretty pricey for one night, but still a nice experience

Staff were helpful and friendly, would accommodate everyone's needs from grabbing chairs to bring to the room, toliet paper, or hot water for tea. Check in was fast and easy and check out was simple and easy just a quick call down to front desk and I left immediately! For the venue dinner was perfect, every order was correct with zero errors. You could tell they took a lot of pride in their food.

Venue was a little behind for what needed to be done for the wedding so it definitely added a bit of stress. However the staff worked hard to make everything smooth and seemless.

Beautiful setting for our friends wedding . The food was great and the staff was very nice.

Our room was tiny and it was facing the parking lot so we didn’t get a good sleep , also the AC unit wasn’t working properly during a 30C heat wave.

Cleanness and spacious, lovely spa like bathroom , Nicely deco room with view of the garden . Comfy bed

Noises- the bed is next to the door so the noise from shutting the doors by next door guests or talking in the hallway are loud enough to wake you up …

Location next to UTM campus is awesome. VERY cute!! Loved that they had creamer in the mini fridge for coffee. Loved the bed my god it was so comfy AND THE ROBES!!! They were incredible.

Downsides to it being cute and filled with character is the walls are very slanted and we hit our heads a ton. I didn't hate it for two days but staying for a week it would get very annoying.

Beautiful property!

The room was very small and a little hard to navigate with a low ceiling on one side of the bed and a large tv on the wall on the other side. The bathroom was also very small it was hard to have space for hair appliances/makeup etc while getting ready and there is only one mirror.

Didn't realize there was a delivery charge on room service. No one told me. I don't think it should be assumed that people must know the ins and outs of room service just because they decide to use it. Never assume.
