Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room on 11th floor overlooking the Sailing Club and Credit River. Great view of Toronto city also. Good sized bedroom, lots of storage space in bedroom and hall. Comfy living area with TV. Sliding door onto balcony. Good size kitchen for 2 of us, which had a small dishwasher, washer/dryer, large fridge and an old style cooker - adequate for our usage.

No kettle in kitchen. Also no equipment for cooking, pots, pans, etc. No toaster. Notice to call reception if anything was required. We did ask and got what we wanted but a little strange considering we had a full kitchen !!! Not sure why it is not fully stocked. Also the mugs in cupboard [2 of them] could do with replacing. Also nice large balcony but no furniture - couple of chairs would be nice.

Roomy, light accommodation; multiple wardrobes to store clothing; good room service that was fast and not invasive; nice balcony, friendly staff, good location next to restaurants, the GO train station, parks.

The room was facing north and the bar underneath was playing live music very loudly; only one chair in the kitchen; the oven had some oil/fat at the bottom from the previous guests' cooking. Wish there were chairs on the balcony as well to be able to sit outside in good weather. Both pillows are a bit too thick, a slimmer pillow would be welcome.

The 'room' was spacious - it was basically a suite with a kitchen and lounge, with a separate bathroom and bedroom. Our room had a balcony that looked out over a marina carpark (I think that's what it was, anyway), but out to the lake, which was nice. The location was excellent - a stone throw from lots of different places to eat and drink, and a 5 minute walk to a superette (and 15 minute walk to a full supermarket). Mississauga was lovely - it's only a 25 minute train ride from Union Station in the city, but it's so relaxed and quiet.

The kitchen didn't appear to have been cleaned in preparation for our check-in (there was dirty crockery in the sink). The bed was pretty creaky but otherwise comfortable. I booked this place, in part, because it had a kitchen and washing machine, but as others have noted you'll need to bring your own pots and pans if you want to use the stove as only crockery is provided. The washing machine didn't work, which was frustrating as we had gone and bought detergent to use in it, and when we spoke to reception they responded in a rather bored and dismissive fashion, telling us that a working washing machine was not guaranteed. Um, not good enough.

Was very convenient to The Go Station as we spent the majority of our time in Toronto. Also appreciated all the restaurants and shops along Lakeshore Rd. Great variety! Loved that this was a two bedroom suite as we were travelling with our two adult children and didn’t feel crammed together.

The bathroom was in need of some work (bathtub was old and looked to be falling apart). The walls were chipped and just painted over. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but I’ve slept in worse.

Interesting waterfront location with many nearby restaurant choices. Room (suite) was reasonably equipped and comfortable .

Too bad that breakfast is not available in hotel. Restaurant also closed but many alternatives nearby. Room did not have a table or desk. Terrible pillows. The traffic around Toronto is terrible......construction everywhere including Port Credit.

My room had a balcony and a great view of the Toronto skyline. Close to many restaurants, Lake Ontario and a 5 minute walk to the Go train (public transit into downtown Toronto). Extra bonus of fridge, stove, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher plus microwave. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I was not aware of parking fee of $15 per night before my stay.

The location of the Waterside Inn is wonderful, lake view was great to see. The desk staff were very pleasant and checking was very prompt. Our room was very comfortable, modern bathroom, a kitchenette, balcony. The room was spacious and very clean. Lot's of restaurants nearby, places to walk around the Harbour.

No concession machine or room for beverages or snacks.

A perfect location in Port Credit. Within walking distance of everything, including the GO Train. While I agree with others that some of the furnishings are dated, everything in my suite was very clean and comfortable. The sheets and bedding were great and the bed itself was very comfortable. The staff at reception were helpful and friendly. I'll definitely stay here again.

There was very little in the kitchen. Not sure if this is because of my short stay or if the kitchens are just poorly stocked. Would appreciate a little more cutlery and at least a pot though. It would also be nice to have a chair or two on the balcony. I'll be sure to inquire at reception next time. The windows (outside) could use a good cleaning. These are just minor things though as, overall, I had a great stay.

Really good hotel here. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfy, bathroom was nice and there was a big living room with a couch and TV. Fridge and kitchen area, coffee machine. There was a balcony too which was nice. Staff polite and friendly and the bar and restaurant strip was right outside the front entrance which was convenient. Great place, would recommend.

You need to put a $500 credit card deposit when you check in. They do tell you about this in advance and everything worked out fine, just make sure you're able to do that!

Near the lake and walkways along the lake and river, lots of restaurants close by, large room and balcony overlooking the lake. Not right by the airport but certainly close enough, quiet, friendly staff and comfortable.

Would have been nice to have a restaurant or coffee bar on site.
