room very clean. room had a distinct odour -unsure if old imbedded in walls or... i bought a can of lysol as there for multiple nights - did not seem o help. i wished to use jetted tub late in evening -prepped filled NOT working-went to front desk took some time for staff member to understand the issue - returned to room 10 or so minutes later breaker was reset by staff. they called and it worked to late went to bed . toilet ran consistently so much so u removed cover and set plunger- mentioned @ front desk was vague but was oressed with staff would know when they clean.

location good for me. ample free parking, suite was large room with jetted tub and dry sauna - although i did noy use, llights DREADFUL one very bright overhead switch located on trim of door as u enter.bathroom own light great. i bought a pair of lights and placed bed side table. cross room turn out light hope you don't ctash getting to bed in a pitch darkroom.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the room was well-equipped with useful items like an iron, ironing board, coffee maker, hairdryer, TV, fridge, and a table with chairs. The room we were given had two queen beds, even though we were only two people, and it was very spacious. I had a broken leg, and although I hadn’t informed them in advance, the staff quickly arranged a ground-floor room for me. I definitely recommend this place and will absolutely stay here again.

The breakfast lacked variety.

What a pleasant stay! The room was perfect. Bed was good, illumination too…not far from YYZ airport. The staff were super friendly. Oh, and I was able to check-out a bit later. Would definitely stay here again!

Perhaps there could be an extension that allows someone to connect their laptop from the small desk. The plugs distribution could be better, thus an extension might not be a bad idea. Also, walking to the closest grocery store could take ~20 mins, so be mindful of that.

No difficulty checking in. My deposit refund came back into my account immediately. Room's amenities were good. Sofa was comfortable as was the bed. Shower worked great.

Saturday night there was a young woman wearing a covid mask slouched in the hallway against the wall near the rooms at the top of the stairs Early Friday morning a young man was outside in the parking lot shouting obscenities on and off for 10 minutes. As stairs can be trying for me sometimes with my arthritis next time I would like to get a room on the 1st floor

I know a little bit about the hotel industry because my dad was involved in motels once. And we have family that does the same. While the customer service always could be improved this is certainly an excellent place and well kept. Everything's in the room except perhaps a coffee machine that you might find at some place like Monte Carlo which is probably an upper class room for the money that I'm not sure if maybe one of their more upper classrooms would have that but everything is in the area anyways. It's comfortable to bed and that's what's important and clean. Probably in the summer you would have much brighter sun coming in. Thank you

It was quiet. Easy to find. For once there was no shouting in the parking lot in the middle of the night or persons slumped in the hallway like my previous times.

My room was supposed to have two beds as I was staying with a friend. It had one. Fortunately they had a two bed room available and were able to change it.

I was working in the area for a week, and it was 5 minutes from the site. I requested groud floor and they accommodated. My room was made up every day, perfectly. There are working cameras everywhere, too, so I felt my vehicle and tools were good and safe. Because of its location to downtown Toronto and the highway, it is the perfect location for travelers and vacationers. Every night, there would be a group of people, all strangers, hanging out outside, talking, and laughing. It was nice to meet new and friendly people. I would imagine that on a long weekend, this place would be an excellent place to stay!! Thanks 😊

As always, the hotel TVs could be upgraded to smart tvs. They had the local cable channels, which is better than most hotels. But I think it's time for an upgrade at all hotels. Hotel soap isn't the best either. Lol

Bed was very comfortable, ample parking included in price with camera surveillance. Room was clean, housekeeping did great work, soaps replenished daily. Plenty of food options around.

Property felt a bit run-down, especially hallway of 2nd floor. A lick of paint and would really go a long way. In room airco was a bit loud.

There was no breakfast included. But. Across the street, there is a restaurant ( Acora ) that only does, and specializes with it.. Also around the corner, another breakfast specialty restaurant ( Sunnys ). Then next door and across the street Wendy's, Tim Hortons, Burger King.

Getting the room I prefer. But was to late ☹️.

I've stayed in various motels and hotels throughout my life even while working or to rest while doing two jobs and sometimes working 3 days with no rest and it's very comfortable and pleasant. Of course there's a difference with a higher class Hotel but this was clean and pleasant. There Are Rules stated posted even in the hotel lobby but at times they have been reasonable which is wonderful. Is this stuff it depends who you get like a lot of places but I thank everyone regardless. Thank you
