Very pretty boutique hotel. Room was very clean and set up well. Bed was very comfortable. Both nightstands were equipped with electric and USB plugs. Decent complementary hot breakfast, although they had trouble keeping it stocked. (The hotel was very busy) They had a very nice outdoor area set up with a tent and tables and chairs to accommodate guests. The best thing about the hotel is that it is an easy 20 minute drive outside of the downtown Toronto area, in a quiet, less congested area, and it was a very affordable option compared to the exorbitant prices of hotels further into the city. We will definitely stay with them again! We occasionally visit Toronto for concerts. Last night we had attended an event at Rogers Center. It was very easy to drive to and from the hotel.

- employees are polite, smiling - good breakfast - kitchen and cleaning ladies are also helpful + smiling face - room spacious, bed big, sofa also inside - room size big, toilet big. - micro oven, refrigerator and locker included. All good

- room was not clean properly when checked-in. Dust was already visible - due to different flight, I was delayed. Unfortunately hotel stuff did not allow to check-in my wife due to safety deposit + own credit card info. Although I offered to pay in advance (before travel) / my wife pay with my credit card.

We stay here often. It is a good location and we find the rooms are very good. However, there are a few things that could be improved that would make the experience that much better for many travellers. These are minor inconviences. First, there should be two facecloths in the washroom. We only had one. Second, there were two small glasses with the ice bucket, but there should also be two glasses in the washroom. Some people like to rinse their mouth out when they brush their teeth and they should have access to glasses in the washroom. Third, the glasses are too small. They should be larger. Some people like to use the glasses for juice or beer, but those glasses are hardly large enough to serve as shot glasses.

The hotel was impressively clean—easily one of the cleanest I’ve ever experienced. It really stood out in terms of hygiene and attention to detail. The room was newly renovated, offering a fresh, modern design and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were amicable, always polite, and quick to assist with any questions or requests, which made the experience even better. The location was excellent, close to major attractions and convenient for exploring the area.

Breakfast options could be improved by including vegetables, which would add more variety and balance. The breakfast area felt cozy but would benefit from additional seating to accommodate all guests comfortably.

Good location - for both airport and city. Very clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Quiet despite being beside a main road. Plenty of (free) parking spaces.

Was expecting a sofa in our two-bed room, as described by booking.com, but there was no sofa. That was a little disappointing, particularly because we stayed for 11 nights, but it was no major problem.

It was absolutely gorgeous, the interior design was stunning, the bed was super comfortable, it was very clean and well designed. It was very spacious and the bathroom was just wow. We were also given a crib for our baby free of charge, there were vending machines and an ATM on site as well as very yummy and inclusive breakfast. The Filipino young lady at the reception (Supervisor) was extremely helpful, always going out of her way to make accommodations for us and the staff were very friendly.

We would’ve hoped there would be an option to get some food or toast etc out of breakfast hours however that wasn’t an option.

Late checkout until 3pm option is amazing (parents that dont get out often so it is nice to be able to enjoy the extra few hours for only $30) Very clean, nicrly renovated, liked first floor for easy access outdoors for smoking, comfy mattress, super comfy and soft sheets, bathroom is beautiful, fridge was cold Had a GREAT stay will be back

Ice machine was out of order which was ashame because we really enjoy our drinks with ice Not a huge deal though just hoping it is fixed for next stay Not enough hooks for towels in bathroom

Hotel is about 15mins from the airport. Reasonably quiet location with a bus stop outside, where you can catch the 123B or D to the Sherway Gardens Mall 1.5km away. There are a couple of other bus stops a few minutes walk where other routes also go to the Mall. Large ground floor room with a king bed, large desk area and wardrobe and a good sized bathroom. 24hr coffee and tea available in the lobby breakfast area with crockery cups not throwaway ones. A bonus is the ground floor guest laundry. Very good breakfast choice, fresh fruit salad,cereals, juices, bagels, bread, pastries, muffins, toaster and waffle maker, sausages and scrambled eggs one morning, bacon and potatoe the next. Was a great place to stay if you don't have to go into the city.

The breakfast area is quite small with seating for only about 16, which is even more restricted when people sit around working on laptops or reading!!!

Well laid out room with up to date comforts (USB chargers, fridge/microwave that works, in room safe, and so/on). Breakfast bar was well organized. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of local area (i.e. Currency Exchange, Restaurants, etc.). Would use this location again for vacation in Toronto. Can take Queensway / Queen Avenue into downtown Toronto - avoiding congested freeway systems.

With all locations near a major thoroughfare (Q127 in this case), road noise was noticeable on occasion. Would have wished for more pegs in the bathroom to hold up towels to dry and some sort of textured bathtub floor for safer showering.

Breakfast was great, the only thing I wasn’t a fan of was that the breakfast is different on different days so on certain days I didn’t eat much because the main things were things I wasn’t a fan of. Hotel was sparkling clean, very friendly housekeepers and everything was very updated and kept up with nicely.

Breakfast attendant was nice and it was great that she was stocking everything making sure there was a enough for everybody but it made us feel like we were constantly in her way since she had to keep walking in front of everybody every day to stock things. Breakfast area very small, didn’t want to eat outside in the heat under the tent.
