Staff were pleasant when we arrived and when leaving. Room was nice size, friends room had balcony which was really cool, rooms were clean and bed was fairly comfortable! It was perfect for what we needed it for (basically somewhere to sleep after a late concert that didn't cost a ridiculous amount of money).

The fridge in our room didn't work right, was turned right down when we arrived so we didn't have a cold place for our drinks, we turned it up before we went out for the night and 6 hours later it was still not cold enough. Also, location has no restaurants or even fast food close by, (didn't notice a vending machine anywhere) and even the gas station next door was closed when we wanted to get a late night snack. Next time I will request a cold fridge and bring some snacks:). It was not too far of an Uber ride to the Rogers Centre.

Great value for money, staff was friendly and polite, I liked the room much better than typical Comfort Inns and so on - it was clean, with a nice design, renovated not too long ago. I also loved the location - there is “Star Sky” grocery store nearby, totally recommend for a visit! Definitely recommend this hotel, lovely experience.

Room was really clean and well kept. Shower was clean, there were no bugs hanging out and bed was comfy and clean. Staff was really nice and willing to help out any way they could. Plenty of parking too.

Unfortunately did not like the smoke smell do to people smoking outside. I couldn't find a fan or vent for when the the shower got fogged up. The shower certain is cloth so the floor ended up getting wet when the shower had to be used.

The staff especially the guy in the morning were extremely friendly and nice and accommodating

There was an old packet of ketchup on the air conditioning and didn’t seem very clean

The perfume smell in the room. Yes room was clean but not sure what they clean with or try to make it smell fresh but it was overwhelming. And understandable, windows did not open to let any air flow through. Only 2 pillows in room, and are not super flufy so 2 per person would be recommended The price was 190$ for 1 night, and for this motel that is extremely expensive. It is worth only 125$ a night I knew what we booked when we did. Was not expecting the Hiton Just do not think it's a 200$ a night hotel at all

Convenient location. Facilities were lacking in some ways . As it is a motel . I didn't see an elevator as it is a 2 storey plus motel. No snacks or food found . Only located one ice machine on main floor near entrance and wasnt happy about leaving a deposit as large as the total stay. Other than that it was lovely

It would be good to have a place to hang your coats, just a couple of hooks would be fine.

Super friendly staff and clean rooms and close to the mall and five guys.

Front desk was locked after midnight which makes me thinks the front desk isn’t 24/7

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. The location was ok close to the airport and walking distance to food places.

The only thing missing. For me was a tea/coffee pot in the room other than that I was quite pleased. More channels to watch on TV would have been good as well ,but I made use of free WiFi and used My phone
