I've come here for years but recently had to stay for a few weeks. It's always clean, never seen any signs of bugs, pests or hidden dirt (such as under or behind furniture). The staff are all very friendly. They offer smoking and non smoking rooms but the non smoking rooms are updated and a bit nicer, but as a smoker what a luxury in 2024. Also great value for your money when compared to other places. Love this place and will keep coming back. They made these last few weeks very enjoyable..and shout out to the awesome cleaning ladies 😃

Nothing, we wished we had time to stay another night but had to get back to the kids lol We will definitely be booking again soon for cupple nights next time.

To be able to book a room for a certain amount of hour. Instead of a full day, we can at least get 4 or 6 hours for less.

I paid for a day but only spent 6 hours there, with no refund.

Everything was clean , I left my wallet in the room with a lot money in it in the room after check out and got it back in very same condition thank so much guys I really appreciate it ❤️

Clean and comfortable, staff were kind and helpful

Room was a bit stuffy, air quality could be better but understandable with the older A/C system

I picked the honeymoon suite for the jet tub and it was perfect. Quiet and comfy room.

Another guest was playing music loudly but it wasn’t loud enough to keep me up. Softer towels maybe but it was good.

The woman in the office who gave us the key and arranged all formalities is the superstar on the firmament of the Canadian hotels.

There is a room for the improvement of the smell in the room .

The lady at the Desk was very pleasant and provided great service.

The approach stairs to the top floor needs to be renovated. Was not comfortable walking up/down these stairs, The carpet near the A/C unit in the room was damp signifying water leakage/improper drainage or blocked. The price could be lower say a maximum of CAD 150.00 per night, Would be nice if an electrical kettle and some basic crockery/cutlery is provided. Also bottled water.

Room was clean, stayed in smoking room as requested and was very impressed that it didn't have that dingy smoke smell as other places I've stayed at, wouldn't have known it was a smoking room, and the bed, what can I say the most comfortable and honestly best sleep I've experienced in a long time, and lastly great value for your dollar, I would highly recommend but make sure to book your reservation if you just walk in looking for a room they are usually booked up especially on weekends

If there was continental breakfast included, I was not made aware. Location is perfect tho.

Overpriced for a hotel with an outside staircase. I think our heater was broken and we couldn't turn down the heat.
