The room was really cosey, hd two tvs which was a plus for me and my daughter. Staff were brilliant and very attenetive to needs, and very freindly, had some loveley converstations hotel is warm and cosy.

The breakfast there is room for improvement, there could be a bit more on offer, there was only ever 3 main hot options available, which was pretty much the same everyday, which i didnt think worked well together.

Almost everything was great, nice, clean and good size room. A little outdated furniture but was comfortable. Breakfast was okay, nothing great, pool and parking was a great plus for me. A microwave and coffee machine was provided in the room

One of the life was not working throughout my stay, the other one was extremely slow and always busy, i was on top floor and had to wait for 10 minutes at times…

Enough free parking space, very friendly welcoming staff, big room with comfortable beds and air conditioning. Free coffee and Tee. Big TV, microwave and a fridge. Big bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Good breakfast with lots of choice.

The breakfast space can get quickly crowded, especially when the passengers from a touring car have breakfast at the same time.

I like this Hotel, it's near the freeway and you can't hear it which is great that's why I'm a repeat customer , every time the hotel room is very nice! It had been recently renovated good job!

I think it could have had some more floral and fauna in the lobby area! Some seasonal flowers would have been really nice! Calla lilies"colored" ,mom's , some kind of flowers would have finished it off really well!

The suite was great to have when traveling with little ones and the free breakfast was actually quite delicious and filling. I also liked how they have a free coffee and tea station right at the check in desk that you have access to just about 24/7. Helpful for parents.

During our stay, neither of the elevators were functioning which caused a bit of stress as we were on the top floor with two little kids. It was hard going up and down with them. Also the room was booked for 4 people but they didn't provide enough blankets and towels and face cloths for us all. We kept having to go down to the front desk and ask for things because no one was answering the phones.

The suite setup allowed for privacy for sleepers The space was well organized and super clean The location and service were great

The breakfast was disappointing. Eggs were rubbery and burnt in edges Bottled creamer only for coffee was disappointing. Would have preferred small milk and cream options TV in entrance area of 319 didn't work properly

Conveniently located

Wish the laundry room accepted Debit or credit cards! No sweep or mop under the couch bed it had a layer of dirt and trash under it! I moved the couch looking for my lost diamond earring before today! Plus hair was on the wall! Unable to take a bath, the drain had no stopper.

Customer service at front desk was exceptional. Staff was courteous, friendly and responsive.

There was no restaurant at the hotel but within walking distance of the hotel there were many so that compensated for this.

Breakfast was excellent! I personally loved the Greek yogurt and cinnamon bun. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The sheets on the sofa bed had a yellow stain on it. Also it makes a lot of squeaky sounds when you move.

Clean and modern building and rooms. Breakfast was busy but they kept refilling before things ran out. The pool was clean and lots of towels available.

Nothing, we only stayed one night but I’d definitely return to this hotel.
