OMG! Where do I start? Okay, let me begin with the beginning. I was so impressed with the front desk and their compassionate and effective welcoming, and after requests. Thank you to all of you. My family and I loved the natural aspects and the parking access. When we were returning after midnight one night, we saw little rabbits. One of them stopped to communicate with us. This was so awesome. I truly wish we had more time to visit the trail. My son and I loved the desks in the two bedrooms.
Nothing that we did not like. This is because the listing details were specific.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, the facilities were a great value for money and the location was very convenient; six minutes by bus to Oakville GO and an even shorter ride to Oakville Place.
The fitness room could have been easier to access. There was only one key that had to be picked up from reception beforehand and returned. Additionally, the windows didn't open and there was no air circulation, which left the gym smelling quite ripe.

Super quiet location with crickets, cute bunnies and skunks wandering at night (August). We loved the nature all around with the student college atmosphere. Brought back great memories of our younger days. Free parking with a 2-min walk in a security monitored school parking lot (20–50 cars per night). Full size fridge was great for a 10 night stay. Reception desk happily lent us electric kettle for hot water, iron with folding table, free single use laundry detergent, hair fan - all these during our entire stay, not just one night. Air conditioning in hallways, but we turned it off in our room because we wanted outside air circulation. Many vending machines, sitting areas, luggage dollies, extra garbage drop offs at the large lobby area. Card swipe hallway entry made us feel secure at night. Many pay washers/dryers in laundry room. Full kitchen with electric stove available which we did not use since we had microwave oven/fridge kitchenette in our room. Wi-Fi everywhere (students) with a two layer password setup worked well and reliable - yesss.
Beds, beds and also beds. For two just enough, but just. They are meant for one student (with just an occasional visitor). Also too soft for my taste. But very much doable - we would return without a thought. No lamps, only the ceiling light. No channels on the small LCD TV, but it has a USB connector for simple charging or USB night light.

The location is close to a lot of amenities. The grounds around the property are beautiful. The staff were fabulous and very pleasant. Value for dollar couldn’t be beat.
The towels are flimsy and pill everywhere and no TV fortunately we had our laptop to watch the Canada game ( however disappointing the outcome) The neighbours in the room next door couldn’t stop screaming at their child and showed no respect to others trying to sleep This is not a fault of the hotel just unfortunate timing for us and ruined the experience. The staff did advise they could have had security attend if we had notified them. At 2am I was to tired to go down to desk Maybe a front desk staff number would help or direct line to campus security which is 24/7

The price is a steal. I could have my own bedroom while traveling with a friend for much less than a single room at a hotel. The facility was very clean and there was housekeeping to collect trash and change towels.
There was a fee if you wanted to check in early. I thought that was unreasonable if the room was already available. Towels were rough life loofas!

Great clean, affordable accomadation. Was really impressed for the price. Would definitely recomend.
Kitchen had no supplies. No Mugs or kettle or plates and cutlery. Basic supplies would be nice. No coffee available, had to walk across street to Tims every morning.

Dorm experience. Two rooms with full fridge, microwave, and sink. Parking is walkable distance - bring an umbrella if it's raining and can't be dropped off by the entrance. Think parking at a community college. The main entrance to the building is behind the main building/library. Exit on the second right on the roundabout - the exit before going back on the main street. Basic toiletries provided. Close to many stores and restaurants. Very friendly 24h staff. 1 hr in traffic to downtown Toronto almost any time of the day.

The rooms were very nicely sized, comfortable, and everything was extremely clean and well taken care of. The campus was very nice, relaxing, and enjoyable as well. The price-point was also one of the best I have ever come across. You won't find a better stay for the price.
The actual rooms were pretty sterile and had a "dorm room" feel, but since it's on a college campus, this is not really an issue per se. Some lamps would be a nice addition to the rooms, as the overhead lighting was really harsh and unpleasant.

The college dorm atmosphere didn't take away from the fact that this room had everything one would need (& get) I'm a hotel room. The two bedrooms in one room was nice to see also and being in an Arts & Design college campus, the buildings were able to be explored and people's artwork was on display so pretty much a free exhibit.
The TV channels didn't work but, that gave me a reason me to stay out exploring the local area longer. But the beds were like a soft brick, not too bad when you been walking around all day though.
