great location near to Toronto airport, despite being just off main route to Niagara Falls…was in a quiet urban spot with impressive sound proofing….just the solution after a long day travelling from the UK. Breakfast was brilliant consisting of cut fruit/yoghurts/cranberries/granola etc followed by a full cooked (typically English) plateful….lovely eggs snd bacon…great coffee and orange to accompany …..great staff who were very helpful …

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice. Seating at breakfast area was very comfortable and bright.

The spaces between the tiles in the shower area were dirty. They need proper grouting and cleaning. Bed sheets also smelled as if they were not properly washed. The pool was small.

Liked having access at the end of the hall to get outside vs front door. Bed was comfortable. Liked Keurig machine in room. Facility was clean.

Front desk staff that checked us in lacked friendliness and offering info. Ie. Telling where elevators were, what time check out was, if we needed ice-if it was on our floor etc. I was the only one at the Front Desk when checking in. It wasn't busy.

Christmas decorations in the lobby and the walk in shower in the room plus the view of the courtyard with mature trees.

Shower soaps were placed to high in the shower for someone with a physical disability.

There wasnt any complimentary items, breakfast, or even water. I liked the friendliness of the reception. They were sweet and helpful. The rooms were bright, clean and spacious. Microwave and fridge in the room were also amazing to have.

I informed the hotel regarding it being my partner's birthday. But they didn't even seem to acknowledge it. Which was very sad. Also, before our check out time which was 12 pm, someone unlocked and opened our doors (at 11am). I am guessing it was the staff. We didn't even get an apology for it. That was a little disturbing as me and my partner were enjoying our private space.

Breakfast was excellent. Sure wish there was lunch and dinner available as we had no vehicle.

That we got charged for two movies the night we arrived and never watched any move as we arrived later. Didn’t look at my bill and see this charge until I got home so could not dispute it. Lesson learned. Will definitely check next time.

The staff was friendly and accomodating. I came down after breakfast was finished looking for hot water and milk, I found it and a very friendly staff member

My only issue was the individual I spoke to on the phone the day before, he wasn't as friendly and didn't seem to understand my questions.

Staff were beyond expectations! Both front desk and the restaurant treated us like royalty. So very appreciative of their hospitality. Definitely will be back!

The mattress was a little firm for my liking but still good.

i didn't get the breakfast.. it wasn't included as a made a reservation through the booking.com site, and wanted the least expensive rate

I loked the pillows so much I went to costco immediately and got similar. Also the steak dinner was excellent . Service great. Wine selection great too.
