I loved the staff. They were very kind to me! Thank you! Rooms were clean and there is a hot breakfast and a salt water pool. Breakfast attendants were fantastic. Hotel staff at the check in desk were fantastic! You can tell that this hotel is under fantastic management and staff are happy and enjoy working with customers.

The rooms could have been a bit nicer. Every room with dark carpets and older fixtures..I was close to the front of the hotel where the pool was and could hear people talking in halls and kids screaming later at night around 10pm.

Such a beautiful location. At check in, the woman was so welcoming, already starting off our night great. Quick and easy check in! Bed was freshly cleaned and made, bathroom was spotless, the room in general just as perfect as could be! Right off the highway & VERY close to the shopping and restaurant district. If you’re wanting a midnight snack, there’s a gas station/ convenience store right across the street from the hotel. Quiet room, we could control the temp ourselves with no issues. During checkout we had forgotten our left overs from the night before, the woman at the desk was so sweet & reactivated the key for me to go up and grab it. Overall amazing experience and we will be returning soon! :)

Location is right next to Jake’s - excellent restaurant and the location of our family party. Just walked a few steps to the hotel. Breakfast was very good - eggs, bacon, juice, yogurt, oranges, coffee, tea. Water in the lobby.

Person in the room next to us kept going in and out and just let the door shut on its own. This was after 10:30 at night and kept going for a couple of hours.

I love that the Property was so near to theatre amazing Resturant Jacks. Very lovely people there. I also enjoyed partying at Club54 what a night it was love the vibes and it was so refreshing just to be out taking time for myself.

Clean and the staff were all so welcoming.

Breakfast finishes at ten in the morning, went down at twenty minutes to ten and everything was being cleared away....I thought til ten meant I could have food til then not that there was a cleaning period included in that time

I lived in Burlington for 43 years and went by the Inn daily and ate at Jakes many many times. We have moved north and had to come to town- Mom is at Billings next door. My daughter worked there years ago too. So this was our first time there and staying over. Very nice hotel!

We stayed in Room 320. It was clean and comfortable BUT the bathroom door has a really loud squeak which is not good when nature calls at 3:00 am.

The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean & had the room we needed for 3 people. The staff were very friendly & helpful & I would come back again. The pool was a bonus as was the hot breakfast.

Not many TV channels & there was some error so I couldn`t get on to Netflix

The free continental breakfast was by far the best! They had bacon the one morning then sausage the next! Plus amazing eggs and homestyle fries. They also had on demand pancakes which we found were really good!

My 7 year old niece birthday present was a hotel night with a pool and breakfast in the morning. The staff left her a little birthday treat suprise in the room. Everything was wonderful! Such a great experience.

Staff was amazing and super friendly! Helped with whatever we needed with no issues. The hotel itself was outstanding from the complimentary breakfast to the swimming pool. Was clean and just incredible. Nothing bad to say, thinking about making it a yearly trip to visit
