Everything was amazing! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. Special thanks to the restaurant staff; they were incredibly welcoming, always greeting us with a big smile and going above and beyond to offer more than we needed. The breakfast was a highlight; fresh, varied, and my kids enjoyed it a lot! Can't forget Ahmad at the reception was amazing, helpful, and always there to make things easier.

The laundry area only has one washer and one dryer, which made it quite time-consuming and inconvenient when we had multiple loads to do. It would be much better if more machines were available.

The breakfast was wonderful and very good. Very nice common areas and cute little tuck shop for goodies if you want a late night snack.

We had children running the halls the first night yelling and purposely disturbing guests (4 boys). 2 neighbors called to make complaints and even went to the desk. The front desk made excuses saying they were busy and didnt really seem to care much. Several calls were made and the children's parents were nowhere to be found. They were doing this for several hours and past midnight. We did not sleep well at all. We were also told the wrong time for breakfast when we checked in. We showed up Saturday at 6:30am but weekend breakfast I guess is at 7am. We also had no housekeeping even though we didnt't have a notice on the door so we had to call down for more towels which they did promptly bring up to us.

The hotel was very clean, the rooms were extremely spacious and the beds and linen were super comfortable. The breakfast was also great value and delicious and staff went above and beyond to make our stay great.

The only thing I can say is the pool was not clean. There were large clumps of black long hair all over the pool that I kept having to pull out as they were getting caught in my feet and hands. It was pretty gross.

Bed was super comfortable, loved the pillows (considering purchasing some). Room was very clean and tidy, hotel was nice and quiet, did not hear any other guests. The text check ins from the front desk were great and helpful when my husband lost his ID and the uber driver returned it to the front desk.

Didn't realize how far it was from the GO station- wouldve liked a complimentary shuttle option. We did not know about the breakfast option, would have been nice to know about, would have enjoyed it.

the room was big and clean! Housekeeping came in everyday even our bedding was changed after the 3rd day. Breakfast was amazing always toped up and hot! breakfast staff worked very hard and always with a smile! we could not fault this hotel and would defo stay again.

Lack of security. Entry was on the 1st Floor with elevators to all floors with rooms and all the parking garage The entry level was unattended . So NOTHING TO KEEP people that didn’t belong out. Hotel in the middle of China town with hundreds of Chinese restaurants only had ,Yep ,a Chinese restaurant.

Very nice. It had everything I liked for breakfast.

It took me awhile to figure out how to work the thermostat, and there was a loud noise at times which I think came from the heating unit. Also, the shower door didn't open from the side nearest to the taps, so I was a bit nervous about turning on the shower while directly under it - would it be too cold or too hot?

We had a late check-in. The staff was outstanding and very kind. The new that we were tired and they placed us on a floor with no traffic and not very many persons. It was quiet to say the least, just as we wished. Breakfast was nice and well organized.

We accidently left a few of our personal belongings in the closet. When we realized it, we were an hour away. We opted to pay for shipping of our items but that was a little more of a task. We had to describe the items that were left behind, and then drive back to pick them up. Our fault of course, but a contingent plan should be in place to return personal items to owners.

The room is very clean and spacious. There’s a complimentary desktop and printing service available for guests, which I found both amazing and convenient.

The breakfast is okayish, but it could be better. No espresso machine for example and no variety of cheeses.

The second night the black waitress heard we got a free dinner and treated us porply she gave a small glass of water instead of a pichar of water like the lady before. she seem very rude after she found out we were eating for free but it was included in our hotel price
