There wasn't any breakfast, just coffee, apples and oranges. I would love to have had some bagels, muffins, cream cheese, jam. Something simple so that we could get on the road. However, the Tim Hortons was very close. I was worried that it would be noisy and pleased it wasn't. The view was great. We had supper at the attached restaurant and it was amazing. As a matter of fact I will be back tomorrow with a different friend! The location is close enough to go to the Shaw plays and multiple wineries and restaurants. My friend was coming from a different direction and we were kindly told we could leave 1 car there while we went to NOTL. The staff was very friendly.

I mention a coat/clothes hooks were needed and a mirror outside of the bathroom so one could get ready while the other was in the bathroom Apparently they are being installed soon. We did not swim in the pool because the chlorine smell was so strong.

Rooms were beautiful, view was amazing. Loved the Dove product samples. Missed having a microwave in the room. Ate once at Restaurant. Great, second time was closing down by 7:45 had to order via Door dash.

Outside pool area way too cold, shower off area water feel very cold, never did get warm. Needs heat lamps, the water temp could have been warmer. Maybe a hot tub in the future. Construction crew ate all breakfast food, should have been replenished after they left, for the rest of the hotel guests. No Electric Charging Station to charge my EV has to charge elseware.

The Ramada is conveniently located close to the QEW highway on Lake Ontario. The hotel is very clean and the staff most helpful. My room was large and comfortable, albeit sparsely furnished, and featured a wonderful view of the lake. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I slept soundly in the quiet of my room. If you are happy with the basics, this is the place to stay in this part of the Niagara Region.

Although a coffee machine and coffee were provided ensuite, there was no creamer sot go with it.

I liked the staff members, polite and friendly from the moment we arrived to the farewell. The reception's view is gorgeous. The room temperature was awesome! Also, the room was clean and neat. In the morning, even when renovations are on, they had a little breakfast table. It was cute.

Unfortunately, I have a bad back and had to rely on my hubby to help me with the suitcase, because of the long way and the stairs to go down to our room. That was not pleasant... Adding an elevator would be amazing... And if you have one, please let guest know about it and don't send them walking all the way down to the stairs... Pleaseeeeeeee, I don't know what happened with the "regular' size pillows but having a little one, is not really comfy. Get bigger ones...

The view is spectacular, the staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Guarav at the front desk. The room was very clean and ready when we arrived. The restaurant-food was amazing and staff pleasant. Quick service when we needed it.

The walls and floors are thin. Lots of noise from above us and beside us. Bathroom needs an update and general maintenance, taps loose toilet seat loose etc. Very clean though. Nothing special about the room. The rates on weekend are double what they are during the week. I understand this is due to demand but the rooms should reflect it.

Was clean, lovely views to the lake, clean towels and dove toiletries, mattress comfortable, I slept very well , I was amazed how good were the mattresses. Coffee and tea sachets in the room, cups. Air conditioner, working as heating as well.

The bathroom, was ugly, I tought that I will receive one like one of the pictures with bath tub and shower. I am disabled so i barely could have a shower in the bath tub and the shower was fixed on the wall , I barely could have the shower. Then I had to go downstairs to my room, I barely could go because I have walking problems, the view was lovely but there were people walking in front of the windows so they could see in the room. Sorry I just took pictures of the bathroom because I did not like it

I felt like this spot was underrated. The water view was fabulous, paths to walk outside along the water with a small pebble beach, high end restaurant next door, Tim Hortons a 2 min drive, as females we felt safe with the room and locks, bed comfort was ok, it was easy to get to, parking was was close & easy to access. We enjoyed that it was kind of isolated just off the highway, not in walking distance to a corner store, or any store really.

The pool wasn't working, the place is outdated, the extra taxes & fees - although this place clearly needs the updates so they makes sense, the heat in the hallways & stairwells, the bed could use more pillows, the TV - regular cable sucks and not being a smart TV we couldn't even access our own Netflix account.

I liked the hotel. I liked the views from my room and I like the views from the restaurant and lobby.

I didn't like the fact I booked a king bed suite with a soaker tub on Booking.com, and they didn't have the room when I arrived. On the Ramada end, they received a queen bed suite, and that's what got for the same price as the king suite with the soaker tub. Not even a sorry or anything.

lack of elevator to second floor especially if one has a physical disability we ordered a king bed and there was none available at 3 pm but we were offered a queen bed suite which was very nice pool shower was COLD even after running the shower for a few minutes

Room was gorgeous, beds were comfortable and the view was spectacular. Extremely quiet.

The lady at the front desk in the day who checked my husband in for an additional day because I was at work was very unpleasant. She looked at my husband like he didn't belong in the hotel and he felt extremely belittled.
