First, I have to say I accidentally left my iPhone in one of the downstairs restrooms and one quick call to the hotel staff and my phone was found, put in a safe place and safely held for me to return and retrieve. What a relief! So, I have fond memories of this hotel's service, which was outstanding! Further, we were checked into our room in about one minute unlike a lot of hotels that seem to take about 10 to 15 minutes to get you checked in. Some high scores here on staff! Our room was very clean and comfortable. We took IG pics of ourselves in the beds since the headboard had a huge photograph of the Falls behind it! We overlooked the parking lot, so not picturesque but we liked that we could see our car. Not a ton of frills, but we were there to be out and about touring for most of the day. We loved that we could walk to the falls at night for the fireworks show, so the location is excellent. We wished that the hotel included some type of breakfast, but we were delighted to discover the Italian bakery, Portage, directly across the street! As a traveler who just returned from Italy, I can tell you that the baked goods (try the cannoli) and cappuccino at the Portage bakery were authentic and amazing! And for dinner, Napoli's is A-plus-plus (INCREDIBLE pizzas) and it is a very short walk down the street. You will be so pleasantly surprised at how good the food (and presentation) is here! Super friendly service. And for Indian food, do not miss Inchin Indian, also within walking distance. It doesn't look like much hidden away in a somewhat rundown building, but WOW! Food was amazing and inside the restaurant was packed with people who had also discovered this little gem. Never would have known from the outside. So, this hotel has some GREAT offerings in the surrounding neighborhood!

Surrounding neighborhood was a little rundown but there are still some EXCELLENT food gems within a short walking distance that offer an unparalleled dining experience so no matter! We also didn't love that we had to pay extra for parking, something like $25 per day, so factor that into the cost. We also booked a room for 5 people, but we had to pay $10 per night to use the roll away bed for the fifth person. So, also factor that into total cost.

We chose to stay at a hotel that was noted for its ease walking to the falls as it was our first time visiting. We found there were plenty of places closer to the falls, but over all we were pleased with our choice. We were allowed early check in and parked in their secure lot (for which there is a nightly charge). There was a super great Bakery across the street within a block’s walk with fresh made sandwiches of unlimited kind and the selection of baked goods will blow your mind. Be sure to visit it. We did not use the hotel except as a sleeping place…spent all our time exploring on the street or near the falls.

We found no fault with any service during our stay.

We stayed just one night in Niagara Falls, and we had a good experience. The hotel was clean, the staff was nice, and in general, everything worked very well. Totally met our expectations. Although the hotel is not too close to Niagara attractions, it's just a 15-minute walk to the Niagara Falls. That for me was perfect because we avoid the traffic near the most popular area.

I miss that they don't have a breakfast option, but it's just a detail. Near the hotel, there are good choices. On the other hand, it would be great if parking were free (We paid $20 CAD + taxes).

Loved it—close to everything, with shops, cafés, and transport just steps away. The service was outstanding—staff were friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of space to relax or work. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, perfect for streaming and getting work done without interruptions. Overall, a wonderful experience—I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

View was great, upper floor looking out over downtown Niagara Falls. The room cleanliness, included coffee / tea, and mini fridge. Bathroom featured a fan, also a small but nice touch.

Room was a bit on the small size. Our king-sized bed wasn't really one. It was closer to a large queen, if there is a thing. And the biggest issue was the scent in the room. Almost too clean? The cleaning scent was overwhelming and led to us having headaches from it.

Parking fee shouldn’t charge to guests if is charging required by any reason then should be bold letter on booking timing also should be minimum Charge or competitive charge other parking lots check in timing should be 3 PM . Room has no microwave. coffee machine is too dirty to make any coffee there is no breakfast my room has black ants roaming around and bite my kids I have pictures of these ants booing side has wrong pictures of hotels.

The staff was very responsive and accommodating when they could. I really liked that they communicated directly with you through SMS at any time. They also gave coupons for attractions like Fun Zone which I used for my family. I didn't know what I was getting when I chose Deluxe 2 queen bed suite, but was pleasantly surprised with a Jacuzzi.

This is tough as there isn't really much to say. There was no microwave in the deluxe 2 queen room that I rented, and the building age shows a bit. Other than that, no real complaints.

The nice young man at reception gave me a room on the top floor at the back of the building so that there would be no traffic noise. The bonus was that I had a great view of the tall buildings near the falls and got to see the fireworks each night. Located close enough to the falls to walk there within 10 minutes.

The hotel has no restaurant or breakfast/coffee service. Luckily there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Going online to check in advance made it easier once you arrived. Grab the keys and go. It was perfect. Also Tim let us check in a little early which was nice of him. Room 415B was nice and succluded from the other rooms.

Honestly no fault of your own but I don't like misbehaved kids loosely running through the lobby when people are trying to check in. I just wonder how the employees are treated after seeing that kind of nonsense.

Our booking was redirected to another location which was an upgrade too" Courtyard by Marriot" so I cant really give a honest review of Ramada by Wyndham.We booked here but were later contacted to inform Us that they were unable to accommodate our reservation...I had no idea why..I assumed there was a building issue? No problem..they handled it well and it introduced Us to a different motel That We Really liked for the same price.
