Upon arrival, my son and I were greeted warmly and enthusiastically by the front desk staff. She gave us very clear descriptions of the building, and the location of key areas. What a wonderful first impression! Our suite was perfect! We were in town for the OBL Basketball championships, so my son having his own room to spread out in was perfect. We were very happy with the cleanliness and size of the rooms and bathroom. Also, having a fridge and lots of counter space was great, too! The flatscreen tvs were a perfect size, and could easily be connected via HDMI to our computers/video game console. We noticed how quiet the space was, despite there being numerous other athletes (e.g., hockey and basketball) on our floor and in the building. That made it very easy to settle down in the evenings. Overall, we were extremely impressed with the accommodations, and recommended it to other families from the team, who were staying further away (e.g., Niagara Falls, St. Catherines). We will definitely return next year!

Honestly, there was nothing negative about our stay or the space!

It had a kitchen, although no kitchen utensils/plates etc so not as useful as you think. There was lots of room and having the extra area to sit outside the bedrooms was good. Close to Welland canal for our event.

This property is a student residence during school year so I guess I got what I expected. The rooms were clean but VERY basic, with no decor to jazz it up when the students leave over the summer. The TVs were tiny and it felt like a college dorm when you arrive, without any voice. Felt like I needed to pack my own wall decor just to add some colour.

The location, it's not too far from Niagara falls, the place is beautiful and safe. Perfect for a small family or 2 couples in case of sharing.

The washroom needs more maintenance and cleaning; the ceiling had rust, the vanity needed to be replaced and there was dust accumulated in the toilet paper support and at the ceiling fan grid. Mattresses and pillows are not comfortable at all, I'd suggest bringing your own pillows to have a better rest. There are no night tables also, I had to use a chair to put my glasses before going to bed.

A clean and quiet stay for us. Looking at the parking lot, there were quite a few people staying there too. We were not bothered with any extra noise.

Beds were only doubles, but we knew that going in. We are used to having a king bed at home. However, they were quite comfortable.

We appreciate that we were able to put my road bike in the suite since we didn't want to leave it on the bike rack.

Everything was good.. Just a hiccup that the key card didn't work the 1st time..but resolved quickly

The location was perfect for our visit with our granddaughter. Staff was so helpful and parking was close to the lobby. The beds were comfortable and the overall building was quiet for sleeping.

We just needed a reasonable place to for a quick stay as we were doing the Welland triathlon on the morning. It has a full size fridge, so great for our needed nutrition for the race (being able to freeze water). Check in was smooth and friendly. TV was a nice touch- wasn't expecting that for the residence.

Great front desk staff! Jack at the front has some sick tattoos! Checked in very smoothly. Room was clean, considering it was riddled with teenagers no more than a few weeks prior. Cheap place to stay if you are travelling alone, as a couple, or two couples (who can fit onto a small bed). Overall great experience, would go back again.

The walls and bathroom floors were pretty gunky, as in they look like they've been used by college kids haha. Maybe one super detailed clean after the students leave would make the place seem much cleaner.

We travel a lot and this was definitely an excellent value. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a 5 star facility. For a college residence, in the off season it was very clean and served it’s purpose. This was our first time staying in a college residence and would definitely consider staying here again.

My only suggestion would be, during the “non college season” offering coffee in the lobby area. I understand not having a coffee maker in the room however maybe just in the morning offer it in the lobby.

Clean, spacious (the kids loved having their own room and TV), surprisingly comfortable bed (despite being hard), very quiet and peaceful location surrounded by trees, friendly staff, overall a very enjoyable stay
