Cleanliness is very important to me, and this hotel was exceptionally clean — I really appreciated that. Every product they provided, such as toiletries, was high quality. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby even at 2 a.m., which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was also very nice and enjoyable. The hotel staff were very polite and friendly.

The hotel didn’t have enough outdoor space or a balcony, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the swimming pool was very small and shallow — it seemed more suitable for children to play in rather than for adult use.

Quiet location, close to Walmart and Canadian Tire which were handy but watch out for the outdoor ground works next door, diggers start at 6.30am!! Otherwise a great location, friendly staff and a good sized room. Breakfast was better than expected, fresh eggs, selection of yoghurt, fruit and the usual breads and cooked foods. Nice to see they used proper crockery and cutlery. Would happily recommend and return.

The ground works next door, starting at 6.30am is unacceptable without prior notice. It’s understandable they are out of the hotel control but warning would have been appreciated.

Our king room was spacious & comfortable with the sofa bed & coffee table so we could spread out during our week long stay. We also appreciated the walk in shower with the glass door so we didn't have to step over a tub & the warmth stays in better than a shower curtain. Breakfast has more choices than your typical hotel breakfast which we enjoyed. The location is close to highway 406 but you can't hear it & everything is easily accessible from from here.

We came for the eclipse and had a lovely time. Right behind the hotel there is a walking trail, we were able to set up lawn chairs and have a great view of the eclipse, that was more private. The property was right in the middle of everything we needed, while also being off to the side of town so there wasn’t a ton of traffic and noise. We were within 10 minutes of restaurants, stores, etc. and we were within 35 minutes of Niagara Falls. The hotel was very clean, all the staff we interacted with was fantastic and friendly. We had a wonderful time !! We are actually planning a trip later this year and will be returning to this property to stay again.

The breakfast was good. The location is good. Staff were awesome.

Too many kids running around the hallway or passage way during the weekend, it was really quite noise. I can hear the noise loudly in my room. Couldn’t concentrate much on my study because I was preparing for a test. The breakfast requires some additional dishes or meals to the menu. But the ones that were available taste great and looks beautiful

When we got there, the hand soap dispensers were empty, and the facial tissues hadn’t been restocked. The room was fairly clean, but it looked like it had been done in a hurry since we found an earplug on the bedroom carpet. Minimal breakfast options.

My kids like the gym Breakfast was very good. Only thing missing was bacon. Staff was very good and professional my kids like the staff The patio was very good and we sat on it for a few hours, so it was well used for us

the hotel was squeaky clean. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was great, there were a lot of choices for picky eaters like me. The staff were friendly and they answered all of our questions.

the pool was a little box. give me a break guys why even have a pool if its going to be that small. you couldnt even do a lap in it. That was my only complaint.

Came in and the front desk was friendly and seemed she enjoyed her job. Had a long ride in but she didn't keep me talking/try to sell me stuff. The room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was an actual breakfast.

Didn't effect me but toilet paper was low. Other than that it everything was good.

I arrived at the hotel a lot earlier than the check-in time, but I could use my room (extra $50). The male staff at the front desk was very friendly and efficient, so I felt that I was welcomed there. I did not come to the hotel by car, but there was a big Walmart close to the hotel, so I was able to go there on foot (about 5 mintues) and get someting to eat. But the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, so you should be ready for that. If you go to the hotel by car, it is no problem! There was a shopping mall about 10 minutes away from the hotel!

Nothing particular. Breakfast could be better, but it was okay.
