Well priced. Great location. We stayed and picked up my son from university, and were surprised by the special Valentine’s dinner they had at their restaurant. It was superb! Decor, customer drinks, everything! Their hotel management and concierge treated us like gold! Amazing restaurant and would recommend to anyone.

Nothing. All good. Had some rowdy children on the floor. Told management who went upstairs to settle the situation, and they even moved us to a different floor with no hassle. Very good staff.

The breakfast selection was really great for the price and packed a lot of value. The service at the restaurant was also prompt. The hotel has a nice gym and swimming pool that can be used and a squash court that needs prior booking. The front desk attendants were every helpful at stowing our luggage after check-out as we were doing some sightseeing. The property was clean and the rooms were spacious.

The rooms have very minimal lighting and it always seems dark since there was only one light in the room. Since it is a busy hotel, more attendants at the front desk would have made check-in quicker. Our floor was quite noisy and you couldn't sleep before midnight every day.

the room was clean, bed was very comfy, pillows were great!

Smallest bathroom I've ever experienced, the vanity was about 24 inches wide and the sink and tap took up the whole space. No place to put your bathroom stuff when using the sink. There was a small shelf above the toilet but it was only 4" deep and would not hold much plus the fear of your items falling into the toilet due to narrow shelf. The bathroom was clean and we managed but it was very inconvenient. If you sat on the toilet and someone opened the door your knees would be hit. The bathroom plug was by the light switch across the wall from the sink and mirror which was a little inconvenient plus no where to put the hair dryer and curling other than in the bathtub.

We did not expect that this hotel would be so good. It is a very well-maintained and managed, a helpful and friendly staff, a $20 breakfast is the greatest breakfast I ever had in this level hotels for the last 10 years in Canada and USA, and location! Special thanks for the water temperature and the installed anti-skid rubber safety pad around the pool. Next time Kitchener - only Crown Plaza

I liked how staff are courteous and accommodating. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. I really like having the coffee machine inside the rooms. The bathroom was very clean and well stocked.

The parking lot could use a little more security. I saw some homeless people loitering and doing drugs inside the lot, didn't feel very safe there. Also, the balcony area of the guest rooms is a little unsightly. Could really spruce up that area so that the rooms don't just overlook the roof top.

Love the fitness center with everything you can think of. 5 pin bowling 5$/hr/Lane kids loved it. Homemade mini golf was ok and arcade was a disappointment some machines took out money. Things I loved was safe parking onsite and available till midnight of your check out day. Close to bus and train routes to the mall, also a few restaurants in walking distance. Loved the beds!!!!!

We have stayed at this hotel several times, always in an inner room--not street side. This time we had a room right on King Street, and the traffic noise kept us up all night. We requested a different room for the next two nights, and staff was accommodating and apologetic. They upgraded our room at no charge and promised an inner room for our next stay.

Great location, beautiful room with plenty of space to move around

I went to park the car while my friend took our luggage upstairs. Not knowing where the room was I asked a staff member for directions to my room. Keep in mind on a travel day I was wearing nice track pants and a t shirt. The gentleman looked me up and down and said “are you even staying here “ I replied with yes I’m FN staying here, why would I be asking where my room is and do you not see the room key in my hand that was out front of me? Wanted to punch him in his stupid face. Rest of the staff were great and would definitely stay again It was $7.91 for 2 coffees and it was so terrible. Neither of us were able to finish the cup.

Nice hotel. Good location with shops close by. Close to transport. Though we had driven there. Took a little while to figure out how to get into underground parking as entry is down the side of the main entry. At roadside. Rooms, beds, and staff were all good. It was quiet, and I had a comfortable night's sleep. Under the beds were in need of a clean. Otherwise, the room was a nice size, clean, and very comfortable. The small coffee machine in the room was very handy. My daughter and I enjoyed the pool facilities * Overall, we had a lovely stay, visiting family on a trip from Ireland. Would recommend highly. 👌

* No changing rooms or private area's to change by pools, and no showers at poolside (hygiene). As the pool is quite open with large glass panels around the pool, I felt a little too on display. The pool itself was lovely, very clean, towels available at poolside and we really enjoyed our swim. 🙂
