Beautiful Outdoor pool and outdoor pool Grounds Garden space

All but one staff very nice. Left to feel bad about choosing a different table at the patio for dinner, got a cranky comment about that and then sat for a very long time to even get a drink. Manager person finally came out to help us after the first girl left on break without taking an order. Wish we had been told about the outdoor BBQ area at check in as we likely would have eaten there. Lovely space. Fun games. Poor water pressure in shower and was cool for most of the length of the shower.

Breakfast was nice and included with the overnight price. It was really handy for us, since we were there for a hockey tournament with early games. Pool and hot tub were great, staff very attentive. Thank you for the nice stay :)

We wish the room service dinner options were better. After a long day in the rink we didn't have the energy for dining out. So we were hoping to get a healthy wrap or a nice salad. There were no wraps on the menu. We decided on the kale ceaser salad, it was literally 2 mouth fulls of kale with a baked chicken breast for $25. (Not ideal) Other than that, our experience was great.

The resort was very clean and quiet. Service was outstanding! Yes I would stay again.

Book in time is a little late. I would like to see at least a 3:00pm book in time or earlier if possible. I arrived at 2:30pm and room was not available and clerk said she would call if ready before 4pm, no call. I checked at 3:30pm to see if it was ready and the gentleman said yes no problem and let us in our room for the price I spent on the room I had no time to use the facilities due to the fact I was at a wedding and book in time was so late.

Breakfast was good. Staff was good. Tbe hostess in the breakfast room was outstanding.. the staff woman at front desk person told us to turn the wrong way to the winery. We were almost late

5th floor hall was tired. The carpet was badly stained. No air conditioning seem to exist in the halls. . The tub was slippery . People need a bath mat and ideally a proper grab bar on the wall. There was no plug for the sink. No makeup wash cloth. I expected more for the money we paid. The room was not dark enough.

Lovely lobby, restaurant and pool area. set in the trees on a quiet country road.

The AC wasn’t strong enough in my room so I found it too warm. Also the blackout blinds could have had better coverage. Also it wasn’t made clear on the booking.com site that there was a resort fee and since I was only staying one night, I didn’t have an opportunity to use the facilities.

Breakfast was well done, good selection/variety they could use some signage e.g. duel unit in bedroom looked like an air conditioner but also supplied heat so a note on the unit would have saved us a chilly morning after a frosty weather turn; electric fireplace was nice but not warm enough. Replacing powder room toilet in the bathroom with a higher one is needed. Farm-style sink looks good but lacks a plug and is too shallow. Sign in room asks that towels be used more than one day if possible but only one towel rack for two people makes this difficult. Brady in Dining area was delightful and helpful. All the staff were welcoming and responsive to questions or comments

see above but a few gaps that can be remedied like issue with hot water and very low toilet, improve TV listing so programs can be found but small concern since we were not there to care much about that

They had an arcade room for Christmas. It's a special event that happens at different occasions throughout the year so check before you go. Nice complementary breakfast (even if you book through Booking). Nice swimming pool, hot tub and sauna, included.

Calling the reception from the room, they never picked up the phone.

The common areas, environment and lobby were very nice. The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

The shower tap kept slipping to off, and the low-flow toilet frequently required multiple flushes. The plumbing isn’t up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.

Everything was very nice. Clean comfy rooms, helpful staff, great food both at Cabin and the breakfast the next day. Spent some time in the indoor pool and hot tub and found the temperatures in both just right.

I know the resort is in the middle of nowhere but the wifi should really be behind a password, preferable one assigned by room...just for extra security.
