Close to homeless shelter. Nothing bad happened it just didn’t feel safe for families. You need to tell folks to stay off Murray. They can access parliament and Byward much safer going down st Patrick.

Keep in mind that the train station in Ottawa is a bit far from the city center.

the only thing that I can say is that sometimes the elevators (there's two) take quite a bit of time to be available, might not be enough for the size of the hotel and the amount of rooms.

Loved that it was within walking distance of ByWard Market and other attractions. Thought there were some really nice touches in the room design - lots of hooks and shelves for bags, drawers and closets, etc. We had a nice sized room. Staff were nice although we had limited interaction with them.

Pool was smaller than I expected. Although I liked the proximity to downtown, we were kitty corner to a homeless shelter and down the street from another. Just some interesting characters wandering around with one joining us for the buffet breakfast one morning. :)

Large and quiet rooms with safe, fridge and everything we expected. Breakfast also good, with pancakes, cheese omelettes. Sausages, bacon, Cornflakes, yoghurts, Apples, bananas, Toast, juice, etc… Location only 10-15 min. by foot to Byward Market, East Block and Shopping Center.

The Opposite street corner in the evening is occupied by drug-addicts around a Community Center, but you can pass them on 2 other streets to get into downtown… Parking only in the Hotel Garage possible, because of Parking Limits on all Public streets around….

Excellent hotel with all modern amenities. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom featured a large shower and a nice sink area. The breakfast was great – don’t expect a continental spread from large chains, but you’ll definitely be satisfied. The 24-hour self-service laundry was convenient (3 CA$ for the washing machine and 3 CA$ for the dryer, on August 2024), and there’s a small pool for relaxation (when it’s not filled with teenagers) and a gym for fitness activities. The room was very clean, fresh, and spacious, filled with tea, coffe and water. For a fee, the garage is spacious, secure, and clean. Overall, a truly pleasant experience.

Breakfast was good, rooms were clean and provided all you need

Parking cost extra, goggle map keeps leading you to wrong door so cannot get in and getting into guiding hard. All the one way streets surrounding it should have better directions how to get in. No check in parking area to wait in dangerous parking garage entrance to flash key card in such an incline. Parking exit door always open so many homeless or dangerous people could be lurking in there. Scary .Thermostat shone bright light bothered me in the night

The location was great…about a 8-10 minutes walk to the byward market…20-25 minute walk to parliament hill. Parking is available on site however when we got there later in the afternoon it was all booked. We had to park at another parking lot 5minutes walk from the hotel. The parking at the hotel is pretty much a first come first serve. The breakfast was pretty good and the cleanliness was pretty good. I would book again. The patio rooftop on the 7th floor was nice. We watched the fireworks from there on Canada Day! There is also another one on the 2nd floor. I think it’s the 2nd floor anyways. That one was close when he went.

The pool was a bit on the smaller side

Hotel was modern, clean like spotless clean! breakfast was ok+! elevators fast and available! Staff were good too! I loved the fact that the shampoo and soaps were refillable and plenty were available for guests! Not like other hotels that you get 10cc of shampoo and expect 2 people to use it! Also this would reduce the plastic waste more than anything!

Parking is stupidly small for a fullsize car! If you are renting or having a bigger car just forget about parking in 1 stall you have to find a double spot and park in it! There was a homeless shelter across the hotel which is something! homeless people around the hotel and I dont recommend booking with family if you want to walk places.

Good location and breakfast options and quality

I was confused about where to park at the beginning, I didn't know that I had to rush to park the car at the entrance to check in first and get the parking card before I could park my car in the parking lot. Making me a bit panic. It would be better if you sent this detail to me before I arrived. I met 2 homeless people who came in and took breakfast catering with me that morning. Nothing happened, but I felt a bit insecure in that moment.

Very modern and one of the newest hotel in downtown Ottawa as the hotel advertised. Room spacious and very very clean. Spotless and big bathroom. Not a lot of choices for breakfast options but decent. I didn’t get here on vehicle so no comments for parking. Gym appeared to be 24h and there’s also an indoor pool, I didn’t get a chance to try due to my tight schedule.

Location is just across a gathering spot of a lot of homeless people, unfortunately. I would hope that there’s a master switch of all the light switches in the room. When I feel like sleeping, I had to get out of the bed and turn off each of them one by one, unless there’s one that I didn’t notice.
