There was no breakfast, location was perfect for us.

We arrived approximately 7:00pm, it was dark outside already. We couldn't enter the hotel for several minutes until the security person finally let us in, in the meantime, homeless people & drug addicts are walking by us on the sidewalk, yelling, it was very un- nerving. When security let us in we had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check us in.

The receptionist that evening was very patient with me to figure out my card issues and she was so kind enough to offer me free parking that night She smiled alot and she was very cheerful. In the morning a different receptionist with same smiles and willingness to assist, she was a sight for sore eyes that morning. Overall I enjoyed my stay and i will be back😁

So many guys hanging around all the time out at the parking lot, it made me feel a little unsafe outside , because I had my teen girls . Alot of drug addicts on the street .

Location and Promptness of staff in helping out. My third stay at Days Inn Ottawa in a span of two years. Would come back.

Needs maintenance. Had booked for 5 nights / 6 days. Had to change 4 rooms a span of day 1 and Day 2 due to rooms having issues. It’s good to have the staff willing to resolve the issues.

The rooms were clean and the location is excellent. Right on the main street and everything is accessible within walking distance.

The single king bed room was a bit small and cramped up for space. There was no room service or replacement of bath towels during the 2 days of stay.

Enjoyed my stay while visited my son in university. Very comfortable bed with super clean bathroom. A lot of clean towels provided with clean bed sheets. Convenient parking next to hotel. Excellent central location with many restaurants and grocery stores around, close to ByWard market. Will come back again when will be in Ottawa.

Could have done with 2 coffees available in the morning rather than a single pod meaning we had to go down again. Not ideal travelling as a couple. Also had the cleaning staff go into our room when we left the occupied sign up which was uncomfortable

Location was perfect. Walking distance to my race, to the sights, and to the eatery/bar rows. Complimentary brewed coffee was good. Free cable too. The staff were friendly and helpful.

First room allocated was on ground floor and outside …..terrible. Outside door wouldn’t lock and ceiling was peeling in numerous places and smelled nasty. Requested alternative and given inside room on 3rd floor - much better but charged an upgrade.

We could walk to the byward market and the Parliament buildings easily. There was easy bus access as well for an evening ride back from downtown Ottawa. The room was clean and roomy. Good parking price.

Room was clean and staff super friendly. We had an amazing time and the location was perfect. Very happy there was parking available for an extra cost.

Our room key wouldnt work to let us in the building so we had to keep going around front everytime we went outside for a smoke. Our room only had two towels which was frustrating because we specifically asked for a room with a jacuzzi. There were no extra towels available at the front desk.
