Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Rooms and bathrooms well appointed and comfortable. In a busy location just next door to the Byward Market and a few minutes walk from Ottawa's main tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

On arrival, I was allocated a ground floor room which involved going up about 7 steps. I was travelling with quite a lot of luggage and so Souffian from Reception assisted me. I was very disappointed to find that the room was at street level with busy foot traffic outside. Souffian realised that I was unhappy with the room and called me to suggest an alternative, which I accepted. A big thank you to Souffian for his assistance in making my stay at the hotel very enjoyable.

This is an incredibly well run hotel. It is spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need in a superb location in Ottawa.

The receptionist gave us directions to Parliament Hill, and instead of directing us there via the beautiful Market streets behind the hotel which were full of tourists and restaurants, she sent us via a couple of very dodgy streets in front of the hotel. In the space of a ten minute walk we encountered at least 30 homeless people - all along the route. My heart bleeds for them but some of them were very agitated, sprinting around the streets and my daughter became frightened and upset. We only had one night in Ottawa and this really detracted from our visit, as we also missed the opportunity to eat in the beautiful markets area.

Great hotel would highly recommend. The room was very comfortable, clean, and had great new facilities. The location is perfect and very close to the Byward Market. I was also thankful for being able to check in late after landing in Ottawa at 12:30 am.

The room was extremely noisy. Our room was close to the road and the hotel workers storage room so we heard a lot of noise all night and early in the morning. Thankfully we brought earplugs with us but the first night was rough.

Amazing location, very close to everything downtown. Good gym and pool hours. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great price, clean and comfortable. Starbucks on site was convenient but a limited menu. Starbucks 1 min walk away was a good alternative but the coffee shops in Byward are more unique options. Lots of restaurants and shops at the doorstep. Byward market is right next door.

The pool could use updating but was clean and a good size. Adding a hot tub would be a nice bonus. Main floor room was somewhat noisy as it was just down the hall from the freight elevator.

The location is amazing. And the main reason why I selected the hotel. So of course, it delivered and was a big bonus to the whole stay. The market is the best area to stay if you want to be central. Because of the location, I wouldn't recommend using the hotel parking. It cost less per day for me to park in the covered parking in the market area than it wouldn't to use the hotel parking, which is outdoors and rarely available.

The parking is terrible. Even to have a place to pull over to check in, it's very small and narrow IF you're lucky an they have a spot in the waiting area. If you get one of those spots so you can check in, even if you have parking or they have room at the parking lot, it's a very tight fit to get out.

Clean and secure building with key card access for the front door. Kids enjoyed the pool. Good breakfast options. Staff friendly.

Parking $35 per night is expensive. Central location which is convenient for visiting the Byward Market, Parliament buildings and museums but unfortunately the streets surrounding the hotel are full of homeless and sketchy looking characters on drugs.

The location was perfect. Our group of 9 appreciated the area with the large sofa and chairs near the restaurant/bar to meet, gather and have a drink. The rooms were very clean, well appointed and the beds comfortable with lovely linens. The mini fridges were also appreciated. All of the staff were very pleasant and professional.

Would have preferred the door to the bathroom to be situated between the sink area and the toilet area. With 2 women sharing, one could be showering while the other was applying makeup.

Breakfast options were better than expected. Healthy choices available. Room size was good and with a couch. Bistro staff went beyond - thank you.

Walls were paper-thin. Thankfully my neighbours went to bed at a reasonable time. I booked this hotel for the EV charger. But the company they chose was a poor choice. The app was dreadful. And at 3$/hr there are better options available. How about ChargePoint+?

Location is hard to beat right within ByWard Market. Rooms was clean, temperature control was great and bed was very comfortable.

$35/night for parking was an easy pass for us. Use public parking structure 1 or 2 blocks away to pay nearly half this rate. Premium charges for better wifi was also an eye roll
