Location was amazing!!

Hard to park; have to walk through the lobby in your bathing suit to get to the pool That’s super embarrassing lol

Amazing location, very close to everything downtown. Good gym and pool hours. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great price, clean and comfortable. Starbucks on site was convenient but a limited menu. Starbucks 1 min walk away was a good alternative but the coffee shops in Byward are more unique options. Lots of restaurants and shops at the doorstep. Byward market is right next door.

The pool could use updating but was clean and a good size. Adding a hot tub would be a nice bonus. Main floor room was somewhat noisy as it was just down the hall from the freight elevator.

The location is amazing. And the main reason why I selected the hotel. So of course, it delivered and was a big bonus to the whole stay. The market is the best area to stay if you want to be central. Because of the location, I wouldn't recommend using the hotel parking. It cost less per day for me to park in the covered parking in the market area than it wouldn't to use the hotel parking, which is outdoors and rarely available.

The parking is terrible. Even to have a place to pull over to check in, it's very small and narrow IF you're lucky an they have a spot in the waiting area. If you get one of those spots so you can check in, even if you have parking or they have room at the parking lot, it's a very tight fit to get out.

The location was perfect. Our group of 9 appreciated the area with the large sofa and chairs near the restaurant/bar to meet, gather and have a drink. The rooms were very clean, well appointed and the beds comfortable with lovely linens. The mini fridges were also appreciated. All of the staff were very pleasant and professional.

Would have preferred the door to the bathroom to be situated between the sink area and the toilet area. With 2 women sharing, one could be showering while the other was applying makeup.

Breakfast options were better than expected. Healthy choices available. Room size was good and with a couch. Bistro staff went beyond - thank you.

Walls were paper-thin. Thankfully my neighbours went to bed at a reasonable time. I booked this hotel for the EV charger. But the company they chose was a poor choice. The app was dreadful. And at 3$/hr there are better options available. How about ChargePoint+?

Great location right in the ByWard Market, rooms and common areas are clean, decor and design are pleasant, staff is courteous and helpful, some parking available onsite, which is extremely practical in this part of the city;

Rooms could use some more amenities, such as a microwave and a better fridge that doesn’t freeze up bottled water; chromecast in the room doesn’t work as advertised

Nice hotel with very comfortable beds, clean, friendly staff and I felt safe. Not the most beautiful view outside, but in the middle of Byward Mariëtte (downtown) and 5 minutes walk from Rideau Center (large shopping mall) and Parliaments hill. Note: breakfast options are limited and no buffet, but I loved the (limited) 24/7 Starbucks within the hotel, operated by the hotel staff.

The bed was very comfortable. The room, the lobbies and other facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location is superb, I strongly recommend it to the tourists wanting to visit Ottawa's main attractions.

The coffee in the room (pods) was not tasty. The cream was powdered, would be better to have the liquid cream. The parking fee is too steep - $40 with tax.

The room was spacious and clean. The bistro is very convenient and has good opening hours as well as good food. The presence of a swimming pool and a gym is a huge plus.

Our room was on the first floor facing a noisy street and it was a bit hard falling asleep on weekend nights because of the loud music from the bars.

We did not dine in the hotel, although the dining room did look very nice.

Beyond your control and part of being in the downtown core and at the edge of the Byward Market, plenty of sketchy characters lurking around the perimeter of the property. The hotel doors were locked and staff did what they could. Just part of life downtown in any city now
