Wonderful lady at the front desk checked me in and we chatted for a while about the hotel business. The room had been renovated, not sure when but I could tell it was, and they did a decent job. A bathroom was clean with larger towels than other places I’ve stayed. Beds were clean, fresh, and comfy. Location is excellent as it’s on the far side of town where traffic is less….made for a peaceful nights sleep 👍

Bathroom had a few spots that could have been cleaned a bit better, but it was just under the sink and along one baseboard….no big deal.

This hotel is ideal for Budget Travelers. It has been completely revamped on the inside and we've stayed there twice and it's been perfectly clean and well appointed both times but nothing fancy. It feels a little cluttered looking on the outside but everything is really manicured and the gardens are really nice it's just such an old motel that it's hard to make it look fancy. We will stay here again if we are in Pembroke. Highly recommend!

The weather was beautiful, and so hot that we had to run the air conditioning the whole time we were there, and the air conditioning unit is pretty old and pretty loud

The lady in office very friendly. The room was spotless, comfortable and everything worked! Wifi the best we've ever had in a room!

Altho the beds were comfy, for me they were too high, I really don't understand the need for high beds and short folks like me with mobility issues that literally need to climb up...the struggle is real! Also pillows a bit too soft, again my preference needing firmer pillows to not be laying so flat or over-elevated doubling up. The room was bit smaller than I imagined but it was comfortable. And for some reason the description said there was a ps4, no there was not a ps4 in the room.

Easy check-in, very nice staff. Room was super clean. Hooks on the back of the bathroom door - thank you! Fantastic shower and good quality towels. Good-sized fridge and freezer. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were a bit hard. Property very well maintained.

Minor things. The tv remote was a 'clean remote' and didn't have a button for a channel guide. A mirror in the room would have been nice (only a small one above the bathroom sink). A/c a bit loud.

Room rate was very affordable. Rooms were well maintained and furnished. The property was neat and very welcoming! The room was very spacious. The location was perfect close to everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and were taking efforts to make us feel home.

Rented 1 rooms this weekend, Rooms were very clean and modern. TThank you for the pleasant stay all though it was only short I will be back again in the future when I visit family. Mainly it is very affordable and next to main road. Nice big windows. Will come back again

Room was very clean, Bathroom was updated with a soaker tub., good sink and toilet. Family-owned and run, very polite, friendly, and accommodating staff. Quick, no fuss check-in and check-out. We highly recommend Champlain Motor Inn for anyone looking for basic, affordable accommodation.

Some information on use of the TV and a list of available stations would be very helpful.

Our room was completely renovated. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. We had a fridge and coffee maker which we love to have when we travel. The owners are wonderful and very helpful. They did their absolute best to provide us with some extra requests. We stayed in room 111 and it was lovely.

The hosts were amazing 😁 If you are anywhere near here you should stay. Every room has been ungraded and the outside is being beautifully done. Can't recommend this motel highly enough.

One tiny thing missing is a table and two chairs in the room. It's nothing to take away from all the pluses.
