Than and Sylvain are perfect hosts. Plenty of parking available. Beautiful house with lovely antique furniture; the King Suite was like being at home (if home were as nice as this!) We were there to experience the Sugar Shack experience but would love to go back to Sherbrooke in summer or fall. We would definitely stay at l’Auberge Marquis de Montcalm!

The aesthetic of the property and the room itself. Very ‘homy’ and staying there feels like you’re being transported back in the past. Nice arts too! The couple who owns the place are very welcoming and friendly. They make you feel comfortable. The breakfast was great!

We loved the warm welcome. Our room was big enough for a stay of 6 nights. We had enough space to comfortably set our things and feel at home. We loved the delicious breakfasts!

We only stayed for an evening, and had to leave the next day, but this was a lovely respite to break up a long drive! The owners were lovely and their passion for their city and their B&B came through and made us wish we had planned more time in Sherbrooke! The decor is delightful, the breakfast was absolutely scrumptious and the room was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Convenient location. Paintings done by local artists are displayed in the halls and rooms. Prices are displayed if you want to purchase. Magog is an artsy place and it's good to see the hotel support the artists.

Surprisingly the hotel doesn't have any garbage recycling. Magog seems to be an environmentally aware community and it would help if the hotel provided a recycling bin in the rooms.

We received a warm & friendly welcome. Everything was explained in excellent English which doesn’t happen a lot in the province. Location was very safe. We were made to feel at home & breakfast was wholesome & delicious.

Wonderful owner . Exquisite old house with beautifully furnished, comfortable room. Close walk downtown to view the brilliant murals. Owner recommended excellent restaurant for dinner. One night en route to Quebec City from Vermont. Glad we stayed there.

This B&B is a gem in Sherbrooke, being close to Wellington north and many restaurants, and the Granada Theatre. The breakfast was excellent, and the hosts were warm and attentive. The suite we had was charmingly decorated and comfortable.

Exceptionally clean, ver pleasant and accommodating owners. The hot breakfast was well prepared and complete with an egg dish, smoothie, fruit, yoghurt, and artisan bread. Many coffee choices were offered. The breakfast was included in our stay.

Wonderful hostess. Very energetic. She even carried our heavy bags up to our rooms in just the blink of an eye. She offered wonderful suggestions. And the homemade breakfast was delicious and just right to start our day.
