Everything! The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked the coffee availability in the foyer. It smelled and looked clean. The bathroom had a mat and bar so one didn’t slip. I liked the shampoo, conditioner & shower gel. This is the first hotel where mirrors were placed in the right place. I could do my makeup and my hair and have the curling iron plugged in by the desk. I had an experience where we were in a hotel. There was no place to plug in my curling iron except on the floor. Our toddler got hold of the curling iron and burned his hands. I felt horrible, but a shelf and mirror could have prevented that. I was also to blame. I’m sure there were more things I could mention. The price was reasonable.

The breakfast was great, the kids loved it. The family suite had a lot of space and more kitchen amenities than expected. Nice big bathroom also with a lot of supplies. Staff were friendly. The hotel was very busy but you wouldn't have known.

There was an exterior door right below us that slammed all night. The mattresses were not very comfortable but the pillows and blankets were. The windows only opened a crack and the climate systems were difficult to keep at a comfortable temp with hot fall days and cold nights.

Good location with a restaurant and coffee shop conveniently located next door. This hotel provided a decent breakfast and in the lobby there were board games available to play which is a nice touch for families with kids.

Overall the hotel looked clean and well kept but after we checked into our room we noticed that the toilet and sink in the bathroom had missed being cleaned. We also noticed some splatters on the walls in our room in various spots. Bedding and shower looked clean though. Perhaps the sink and toilet were accidentally missed.

I e stayed at this location several times and each time it’s like staying with family. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and go above and beyond. Especially Sandra, who ensures a delicious breakfast and takes extra efforts to make sure that everyone is happy. The facility is clean, well maintained and has great amenities.

The beds could be a bit comfier, but this is the only thing I would improve.

The breakfast was great. Loved the restaurants within walking distance ( without having to negotiate traffic). Loved the main floor location with back door access to parking lot. Loved the accessible bathroom.

The front desk girl seemed somewhat uninterested in her job. She didn’t seem very happy. She was polite but not enthusiastic. She spoke perfect English and could articulate reasonably. She did her job- no more.

I arrived and there was a “be back in 5 minutes sign “ so I waited and after 15 minutes a maybe housekeeping staff told me to ring the bell and staff appeared instantly I’m not sure how I feel about the “heavy make up removal “ towelettes- just comes across very awkward

Front desk Staff , cleaning people and breakfast were wonderful. Location is great, easy access

The pool guy didn’t take care to ensure the pool and facilities were open and ready to go During the advertised hours

Breakfast option and small convenience center to purchase items. The pool was very welcomed to utilize.

Outside front doors snow removal could’ve been but better, for wheeled luggage’s to pull through was unpleasant on check in and having to walk through slushy melting snow. Having to ask for daily housekeeping.. I feel it should be automatically provided

I like that it was located outside of Saskatoon and it was in a convenient location near food…

I think the beds could’ve been more comfortable… And the breakfast could’ve been more… the pool could’ve been a bit warmer…

Lovely, clean and spacious room. Really nice breakfast, on glass plates and metal cutlery!!

They seemed short staffed all the time in every area. However the staff they did have were really helpful and friendly.
