The pool was amazing. Super clean for a hotel pool. The hot tub was not as hot as expected but still nice. The room was great and clean. Shower had great water pressure which is nice for a hotel shower. Over all it was a good stay. Oh and the breakfast was great. I would 100 percent come back.they also had a great slide monitor which was a nice surprise

I didn't love the beds. However that is a personal preference as everyone else thought they were comfortable. The mattress are a bit to firm for me

The rooms are larger than most. The king suite and the 2 bed queen room fit our family of 5 with a stroller comfortably. Breakfast has something for everyone and the 1st hotel we have been to that has cheese slices available. Kids loves the pool and fast waterside. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The toilet didn't flush well (needed to be adjusted a couple of times) and the hide-a- bed needs a new mattress in the king suite. One child found a piece of metal at the bottom of the pool. All are easy fixes to make it better for the next time.

The breakfast was the best. Those waffles were to die for.

The only problem was that there was a team of kids staying with not very good supervision. These kids were running up and down the hallways, up the stair wells, This was going on till 11:00 pm. When I called down to the desk he did what he could. And it must of worked cause it was quite and we could go to sleep.

The room was clean and spacious with additional couch. I really liked the bathroom settings - unlike many other hotels- nice design. All together clean and comfortable. When I checked in with my dog, I was given a dog bag with treats and a toy - way to win a heart of a dog owner! I also found the poop bags dispenser at the site entry (which leaded to a grassed area). Kudos.

With a dog, I would prefer a main floor room.

Comfortable bed

Carpets were very dirty. Hard to walk in barefoot after a shower, or any time. First thing I check is carpets. Would like bigger bar soap. Use in shower as opposed to gel soap. Very slippery in shower... no grid, no plastic mat to stand on. Had to get them to bring batteries for safe as back was missing, and wipe down safe dial as food grunge caked on. They did right away. Thx.

The bed was really spacious in the king suite. The couches in the room were great and comfortable! The room and breakfast area were neat and well-kept. The wifi worked great as well.

The person who checked me in wasn't super friendly and was quite difficult to understand. The hotel offers no dinner or lunch options which can be inconvenient. The bathtub was clogged and drained poorly in my room.

Check in was nice and easy, the pool was not very busy which was nice after the drive. The hotel was very quiet at night. The breakfast was pretty decent. Our rooms were very nice and so spacious and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and so friendly.

I don’t really have anything to complain about, I wish I could have opened the window a bit more for a better breeze but other than that very happy.

I loved the size of our room, the bathroom was huge!! The pool was really nice, my daughter had fun on the waterslide. The breakfast was sooo good a ton of choices. Beds were really comfortable, once asleep I had one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a hotel. They were also really accommodating with our older dog. Overall it was a nice stay.

My main issues were the random check up phone call on the room at 7:30pm which was really frustrating because we had just gotten the kids/ baby to bed and that woke them up. I’ve never had a hotel just random call the room to check up. Perhaps they shouldn’t if they know family’s are traveling with small kids. They need to clean ALL of the headboard. Once we turned off the lights, and just put on the side lamp it was very clear that someone had a lot of “fun” at one point ( handprints everywhere even at the top of the headboard) My other dislike was the amount of emails and text messages they sent. It got REALLY annoying really fast..

Rooms were spacious and well air conditioned. Hallways and other areas were neat and tidy

Received housekeeping services after the first night but not after the second night. Both room Cards were deactivated after second night so possibly there was a mixup with another room that had checked out and that’s why our room wasn’t cleaned.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, rooms are well equipped, easy on and off the highway. Bed was comfy.

Toilet seat was so loose almost fell off!!! Rugs need serious cleaning or replacement. Lots of stains. Bathroom door inside shows it's wear. Needs some tender love.
