Great location by airport, great soundproofing, breakfast and happy hour spot on premises is nice

We asked for housekeeping on second day when we checked in but got missed- not a huge deal. The amazing breakfast we were used to was a little off the mark this time, so I hope that initial quality is still a goal-

A welcome oasis after a cancelled flight. I was so happy to find a clean, interesting and comfortable room. And very happy to find the bistro still open with good food. I want to particularly mention that the chef came out to wait tables because there was a large crowd and they didn't want to keep us waiting. Dinner was still quick and on time. Thanks to the chef.

I found the water pressure a little low.

Shuttle service from airport, great breakfast/lounge, very friendly staff. The lobby has a nice tall table to perch at for laptop use and plenty of outlets.

The front door setup lets all the winter air in so the lobby was unpleasantly cold-

This is an excellent hotel, well appointed and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel is well located for air travelers but not as convenient for us road warriors.

Staff communication was excellent by phone and in person. The food in the Bistro was delicious and there was a good range of drinks. The room we stayed in was lovely, with a great picture window, and beautiful linen on the bed. The bathroom had lots of spaces where we could to put our toiletries.

Booked this hotel specifically to enjoy the pool. However, the pool was not open and therefore the only exercise we got was a walk around the outside of the hotel.

The room was clean and ready, the 3 a.m. shuttle driver was helpful with my suitcase and he was on time, courteous and friendly personnel

Minor details like there was no shower cap, no glass in the bathroom to rinse my mouth, and there was no complimentary water bottle.

What breakfast !! I couldn’t believe that a hotel of this level hasnt a complimentary breakfast but charges $12 a person! We were not aware of this only stayed there as our grandson was in a hockey tournament . In future will avoid your hotel . All else was nice

Breakfast is almost always provided in this day and age, even at hotel Of lower level . Good but far away from most places we wanted to go

Everything. Super Clean. Friendly staff. Beautiful rooms. Warm pool!

Only think I can think of is I forgot item and the hotel would no arrange shipping (even at my cost).

Booked on line. At the time, only a double Queen bed room was available. I only needed a room for one occupant , myself, so consequently paid for a room with space I did not require. Shuttle service was of great value.
