Really clean and modern room with functional and well appointed kitchenette. Comfortable bed and great shower. All the staff were very extremely nice and helpful, and went above and beyond to help us find things in the area etc.

The pool is smaller than expected and there are very few sun beds, so it gets full easily. The bar/restaurant on the ground floor plays loud music until 2am most nights (even when it’s seemingly empty) and this was clearly audible in our room on the 5th floor (with the balcony door shut). Even with earplugs it was difficult to sleep until the music was finally turned off. This might only affect rooms on one side of the building, but was quite irritating as wasn’t expecting it.

My favorite part of my stay at the hUB Providencia was the kindness of the front desk staff. Specifically, Manuel and Alvaro. I had not kept my airport documentation and needed it to not pay taxes at the hotel and also to get to my next travel destination. They went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed and I can’t thank them enough. They were helpful with directions, spoke great English and always greeted me with a smile.

Great location with lots of bars and restaurants near and close to the metro. Rooftop pool a nice area to spend time and included breakfast good at cafe downstairs. The apartment we had was very clean and the kitchen area had everything we needed.

The blackout blinds in our room didn’t lower so we only had the normal blind in front that let it lots of light. It was an electric mechanism that just wasn’t wired in. It was just a bit of an annoyance in an otherwise very good stay.

The staff was extremely friendly and kind and readt to help us in everyrhing we needed. They speak English that's very important. The location is very safe and nice.

Maybe some stuff from the room need some replacement or repair (the door for the wardrobe was noisy and the window shutter was a bit broken). It's something nothing important but it was something we didn't like it.

Comfortable bed, functional apartment with sink and good stove. The are around is quiet and peaceful

There was a small embedded refrigerator in our unit that the wooden door outside didnt fully close, causing the fridge to defrost itself and wet all the food

The hotel pleased all the senses, as its proposal: comfortable, clean, smelly, visually beatifull and cozy, besides good music playing at the commom areas. The location couldn't be best, you have all you need and want nearby. The staff is the best part, always ready to help.

The pool at the roof could be warmed to be used in the winter as well. The small gym in the basement could be incorporate at the roof.

There was a smell of a blocked drain in the toilet throughout my stay. I did report it but it was not fixed during my stay probably because it reuires major repairs.

Great customer service! I found them helpful and eager to make my life easier, even when it was really not much they could do to fix the internet, for example.

The breakfast is dull and skimpy, specially for the price. I won't recommend to spend on it. I didn't like the way the night tables are designed, as it's hard to get something from them when lying down . Also, it would be amazing to offer some kind of power outlet converter, in case you forgot yours

Very nice location, close enough to transit without being on a noisy street. Building is new, but has a bit of a tofu-dreg vibe to it. Wifi was generally suitable for business use; only died in the middle of one teleconference during my stay.

The bed linens are too hot and can't be adjusted as it is a "duvet inside fitted sheets". Can't swap out for a lighter covering in hot weather. There is a leak under the shower that results in water on the bathroom floor after use.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to restaurants, abars and subway stations The room was reasonably comfortable. Price/quality is good.

Staff is not that friendly. Pllows are extremely uncomfortable. The corridors are a bit dark. The gym has outdated equipment. Wifi is a bit slow.
