We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel — its charm lies in the era it was built, giving it a spacious atmosphere you don’t often find in modern accommodations. The architectural details, especially the beautiful art deco staircase leading up from the entrance, add to its character. The rooms are impressively spacious for a hotel, offering plenty of comfort and room to relax. The indoor pool is also large and well-maintained — a great spot to unwind. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating with quite a few requests. They even moved a table and chairs to our balcony upon request, which made our stay feel that much more personalized and special. Overall, a lovely stay with great service, generous room sizes, and lots of character. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something a little more unique than the standard hotel experience for the price. Beds were also so comfortable. Buffet breakfast covered all options with delightful pastries. Bacon in hotels in Chile is slightly more like wild pork. The location is EXCELLENT.

The only thing I didn't like is the 'turnstile' you had to go through to get into the breakfast area popping your room swipe into it. It felt like you were in the metro. I do understand though that it makes things quicker and easier to manage.

The location is convenient in a busy but safe area, near a L1 metro station and good restaurants. Hotel staffs are very friendly, helpful and fluent in English. The room was spacious and the beds enormous, so we had a comfortable stay. The kids loved the heated pool.

Although the hotel was generally nice, there is a bit of a photo magic - so I suggest adjusting your expectation accordingly. The breakfast is tasty, but the menu does not change much - so you may get "bored" if staying for several days.

The hotel is in a great location, Providencia is one of the best neighborhoods of Santiago. It's safe and it has a lot of good restaurants, stores, markets and coffee shop. The room had plenty of space, the shower was hot and the pressure strong. The A/C also was working fine. The Wi-Fi was working pretty good for an hotel internet. The breakfast is wonderful, one of the most complete I've seen.

The building isn't new, so all the rooms have carpet. The A/C was a little noisy. Our TV was a smart TV, but it was unable to connect to the internet. The bathroom gets pretty wet after the shower, because it doesn't close.

Breakfast was good, with a great variety. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent, close to many bars, restaurants, and shopping malls. The garage service was excellent as well. We liked the swimming pool and the gym.

Unfortunately, our room was on the ground floor next to the door leading to the garage elevators, so it was very noisy early in the mornings and late at night, as the door is not insulated. That was the only downside of the hotel, I doubt rooms in the upper floors would have had this issue.

The location is excellent. Shops and transport links all very close-by. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The two rooms I stayed in were both spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

In my first room (304) the shower water would leak all over the floor. I told reception about this, so they know it needs fixing. The noise from the main halls and outside can get loud if you're staying at the front of the building. It didn't bother me too much, but can see how it could be annoying for some.

Very friendly helpful staff. We spoke mostly English which was not a problem. The pool was a cool retreat after a dusty days sight seeing. We had free breakfast on our booking which was perfect. We didn't need much for lunch, if anything. Good location for the hop on hop off bus once you know the location on Nueve Providence Rd. The rooms are no frills but fine for our needs. Beds were very comfy.

The grout in the bathroom could do with a clean, but was perfectly adequate for our needs.

This is a great boutique hotel in a very convenient area. The staff are all very helpful and speak English. They recommended great restaurants and helped with transport. Close to shops, restaurants and transport it made for an easy stay. The only issue is to ask for a room not on the road. The first night we were in a room at the front. A lovely room and seemed quiet during the day but at night it was a very busy road so we got little sleep. Without any fuss they arranged for us to move rooms the next day and even moved our bags when we were out.

Breakfast was lovely, staff were fantastic and room was good as in pictures. Loved the location.

The location of the hotel in Providencia was excellent. Within walking distance to many things, and right next to a metro station for travel to farther destinations. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, and the accommodations were very well appointed. Breakfast was served every morning, but we didn't partake in that so have no comments to offer. Overall, the experience at the hotel was exactly what we anticipated and met all of our expectations. Tip from a local...try the sandwich shop next door to the hotel. They were amazing!

The hotel had a great location. La Providencia is a great area to stay in Santiago. There were plenty of options within walking distance. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was nice and tasty. Rooms were big and clean. Can definitely recommend staying here!

Wifi was not very fast, and staff had limited English language knowledge. But they made a lot of effort to understand us and to make themselves understandable.

The hotel is old but very well maintained. Room was nice and big with two double beds I was over charged for two bottles of water and and beer that I drunk from the room fridge but I was surprised and I returned to the hotel to pick up our luggage that was stored there and the hotel manager handled me the money that I was overcharged with an apology. Thanks for the honesty.
