Excellent location. Good welcome 'pisco" on a very good near by pizza house, called "zero zero", where the food was great, and also the staff. From the hotel, you can take a short walk into the highest building in tonw, "Sky Costanera ", go to the top and have a great view from all over Santiago. The neigbourhood is the best in town, full of restauants for all tastes and values, markets, stores, subway. Whem I go back to town, I will surelly stay there.

The windows at the bedroom were not sound proof, so we could hear all the mess of the passinb by cars horning, and also the front street was being remodeled, and there were people and machinery all time. A small detail that could have made me give an A to the hotel.

The location was perfect.. The apartment felt so cramped up, I didn't like it that much

The size and bad design of it

The rooms are quite old and not too well maintained, for example the chairs are not very comfortable or sturdy and you almost disappeared in the couch. The bathroom had a lot of paint loose etc. The price is a bit steep for what you get. Also, the breakfast has to ber taken from the basement. The trays are unstable and it can be heavy and a long wait for the elevator to get back to your room. Not ideal.

The rooms are quite big and the bed was very comfortable and the staff is super friendly as well! Breakfast was good and more than enough!(they even doubled our breakfast during the quarantaine) They helped us out during our mandatory quarantine and they had WhatsApp contact with us if we needed anything. They helped us a lot and we can't recommend them enough because of that.

The staff was very helpful to solve a problem for me.

I was going to use the pull out sofa but it was missing a mattress.

great staff, nice rooms

good location near metro and places to eat and shop. easy checkin and checkout very well equipped rooms including complete kitchen (did not use though)

room on lower floor very exposed to noise from bar on ground level until very late at night. construction noise on a weekday at 4 in the morning from the room above us (staff did not notify us of urgent repairs or anything that would justify the noise)

Location is perfect, very good breakfast and staff.

Bathroom needs to be retrofitted and shower with no water pressure. The cost is a little high for what’s offer.
