Complementary drinks while waiting to check in was a nice touch. Guys on reception very helpful (dealt mostly with Humberto who spoke very good English). Room basic but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was was fine considering it was included in price of room. Outside pool and seating area was a nice place to relax on a hot afternoon. Decent safe location on a quiet street with plenty of restaurants and bars within a short walking distance.

Unable to check-in early. Room on small side and a little dated (over bath shower rather than walk in). No tea/coffee in room. Fridge in room but no glasses. Although shown in photos, there were no sunbeds around pool.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious, and air conditioner worked great. Location was perfect - lots walkable in the area and close to the metro. Water pressure was great especially compared to other places we visited in S America. The breakfast was a perfectly good hotel buffet.

All of the windows in our room were open in our room when we checked in. Not necessarily a dislike just thought it was strange and worth noting so everyone checks them first!

Whilst there is facility to leave bags if you arrive before check in, it was annoying after a long flight not to be able to check in until 3pm and at 3pm to need to join a queue to check in. I doubt all rooms are suddenly ready at 3pm- housekeeping staff will have finished some prior to the official check in time

This was a very pleasant hotel in a nice neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly. It had a nice breakfast in the morning. I only stayed for a night because I was in transit. I liked that it was in walking distance of the gondola and that there were lots of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood, so it was a nice area to walk around in the morning. The price was very reasonable.

The bathrooms look a little run down.

Small hotel on a quiet street near a metro station and many good bars and restaurants, only a few minutes walk to the cable car. Comfy, clean and cool room, great little back garden with a small pool, decent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff, reasonable price.

No drinks facility in room, but hot and cold water, teabags etc available for free in the lobby.

The breakfast was a nice buffet. There were plenty of choices. The location was great - an easy walk to the gondolas to go up Metropolitan Park of San Cristóbal Hill or to catch the HOHO bus. There were many good places to eat just a block or two away. We also had a great sandwich in the hotel bar for lunch. The staff very kindly let us drop our bags until our room was ready at 3.

The bathtub was a bit slippery. Needed to pay a lot of attention while getting in and out.

The room was the best room in the house. I have been a customer for decades ago, since the Aloha times and always got the small room next to the elevator.

The staff was great, maybe with the exception of the bellboy who watched as we struggled with our bags up and down the ramps.

It’s very well located, close to the metro, sky costanera and cerro san Cristóbal. The staff was amazing with us, specially the morning front desk girl( I think her name was Claudia)

It’s a little bit old but nothing to worry about. If you are a Karen you wouldn’t like it

Very welcoming hotel with lovely staff and excellent breakfast. Location was great too, in the safe district of Providencia with lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. Metro station was 7 mins walk away giving easy and cheap access to the centre of the city.

Viktor and Umberto were fantastic! Honestly, they are my favorite part of the hotel! They anticipated things that I would need before I knew I would and we're always welcoming, especially in English which was welcome from this American

If I had to find one thing that I didn't like laundry service was a little expensive. Other than that, absolutely fantastic
