Great location with lots of restaurants nearby. Room is huge and clean with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. Security safe was handy. Also a small kitchenette which was handy. We left our luggages with them when we checked out and picked them up later. Delicious made to order breakfast at the attached restaurant, love the fresh juices and coffee.

The water in the shower took a very long time to heat up and pressure is not strong enough.

I liked everything about this hotel: location, comfort, quietness, beds, bathrooms... And I want to add a special mention about the staff at the desk who was very nice and helpful. One of the employees helped me by contacting a restaurant that I needed to advise of my delay, and another kindly and quickly gave me a key to replace the one I had forgotten inside my room. In short, an exceptional service! And I don't want to forget Monica (at the sales) for the great communications and for accommodating my special requests. Thanks to all of you! I hope to be back soon.

Everything was perfect!

Excelent since the booking. Had a feed back of my requests in less than 24h. First time ever. And when got there, it was just perfect.  Very helpful team which made all the difference. Special thanks to Monica, Catalina and Raul. Very well located. Quiet. Impeccable cleaning. Mattress and pillows comfortable - though high. Comfortable bedding. Good hot shower. Breakfast could have more options but its possible to become perfect with extra charge. And great Bistrot downstairs. Definitely a regular customer from now on.

Third or 4th time staying here already! Just great location, clean, and very nice staff. Breakfast at the downstairs cafe is a huge plus, although there should be fruits instead of just a very sweet juice.

No fruits, yogurt and granola/oats options for breakfast... after a few days the very good eggs and croissant gets tiring... but a much better breakfast option than most hotels. Also - they charge for storing your bags, even for a couple of hours, that is unforgivable.

The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the cleaning staff. We also enjoyed the breakfast at Nicolas, the attached restaurant. It was a perfect, simple breakfast. The hotel itself is surrounded by some of the tastiest restaurants. It’s also steps from the park, the metro, costanera and the new MUT.

There is nothing I’d change. Overall this is quality for the price.

This is a basic room for travelers who want to see sites and not a place to hang out. It took a long long time to get hot water in the shower and then it was a limited volume and pressure.

Breakfast is great and so does the atmosphere and interior design especially in first floor. Room is well equipped with everything you need, electrical kettle, separate sink which is very convenient, comfy bed, room is quiet, lighting in the room is good, overall is good, my friends and I enjoy the stay!

1. Service line doesn’t speak English, one guy from front desk can speak good English but he mainly spoke Spanish to introduce to our Spanish friends, we were 4 and book 2 rooms, it’s better to let all of us to know in once in English 2. The cafeteria didn’t open on our last day, they offered room service for breakfast which is fine, but without choices and less variety compared to normal day eat in downstairs, that’s a bit disappointed

Kitchenette- cupboards too hung and no tea,coffee, milk etc. I needed a chair to reach all crockery and saucepans. No cutting knife.

Fantastic state of the art hotel, so modern, room was great with wonderful views (from the 9th floor), had everything one could need; fridge, microwave, kettle, TWO showers, aircon, large flat screed TV, safety deposit box. Basic free breakfast of scrambled eggs and warm French stick,without juice and coffee, but it started you off for the day. Let me store my bag there all day. One minute from McDonald's, Burger King, other fast food chains, and the metro.

Only one English language TV channel-CNN. Basic breakfast.

Best location ever! We will come back to this area of Santiago because they have amazing restaurants, bars and fun things to do. 100% coming back!
