The location is perfecto to explore Santiago, you are close to many attractions and shopping. The metro system is also close. The staff is friendly and parking is included. There were two complementary bottles of water in the room. The breakfast although not the best we have had was ok.

Although the hotel looks new and with nice design, it needs some maintenance in specific areas: our door did not close smoothly and was difficult to open and close; there were some visible electrical wiring of the light fixtures at the back of the bed; the closet electronic lock did not work, carpet was dirty, stains on the walls, minor things like that. I feel if they hire a maintenance crew the hotel would look and feel way better. There is no desk to work on in the room. There is no safe in the room. Coffee in breakfast could be better.

It’s modern and comfortable. Great location. Metro station is nearby. Walking distance to the tallest building and shopping mall.

Some rooms need repairs, such as a leaking sink, a loose toilet paper holder, and a malfunctioning phone that displays the wrong room number, causing delivery issues from the hotel staff. Additionally, there is a strange smell on some floors, similar to stagnant water from a clogged pipe. Some hotel staff appear to lack proper training, or there may have been a language barrier. Overall, the service lacked professionalism.

Good location near Los Leones metro station. Bicycles to lend to guests (free) was a welcome surprise, I took one of the mountain bicycles out for a pleasant Sunday ride.

The light in the closet flickers on and off all night, even with the door closed. The work desk was sufficient for my laptop and a mouse pad, but too small for much else. I used the uncomfortable chair as a side table and sat in one of the sitting chairs moved from beside the window.

Convenient location close to the shopping at Costanera - about 8 min walk - and some good eating places. Easy access to other areas of Santiago, such as the centre and Funicular area. Modern rooms, they were clean and comfortable. Quiet and relaxing. Good shower with both overhead and rain shower attachment. Staff were helpful.

It’s a small thing but access to hot water and tea or coffee in the room would have been convenient but we survived! We made use of the patisserie attached to the hotel to have a drink to take up with us. If I was sharing the room, I may have found the sliding door to the bathroom a bit too exposing as it doesn’t ’seal’. For me it was great :-)

Comfy bed, good breakfast, nice staff especially in L3 restaurant

Elevators are a nightmare with looooooooooooong waiting times and you can't walk from 4th floor (our room) to the 3rd (restaurant) on stairs.... Balcony is a joke, we would not book again a room with balcony - it's one common place with many other rooms with absolute zero privacy, you can even peep into other rooms from there 🤬

Not the best for vacation travel in my opinion.

The property has bikes available for use . They have e bikes and mountain bikes. That made it such a great place to explore the city! The bike paths are well marked and extensive. We had a late night flight out of Santiago. The hotel stored our luggage without charging another nights stay. They even permitted us to use the bikes during the day while our luggage was stored post check-out. The hotel staff including the servers were friendly. Our stay also included breakfast. The breakfast had many options. The roof top bar was fun and a great view both day and night. We speak English and very little Chilean , several staff members communicated with us. On person in particular wanted to help us learn and we helped him learn. That made the conversations lots of fun!

they lack so many things. No vanity set, no kettle with some tea bags, toilet is basically part of the room, minibar empty plus below the sink… some small investments could improve the experience a lot. Only one morning they offered tomato and lettuce, the other mornings they only had lettuce when it comes to salads.

Great location, in the very safe area of Providencia. The room was fine, simple but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and there is a rooftop bar with wonderful views of Santiago. Free parking is available, which is a great advantage when traveling by car. Most of the staff was nice and helpful.

Dinner at their restaurant was not great and quite expensive.
