Good location, with metro station nearby and kind of simple shopping centre across the road. Also there is a curency exchange shop across if you just get from hotel and cross the road straight it is on the left side of the building in front of hotel. Good isolation and the room was pretty big. Bed was huge and comfy, pillows are good. Breakfast is good but a bit limited so keep in mind if you are staying for a several days. Check in was quick, we paid cash so the lady agreed do no take credit card details for security deposit, they just locked minibar as I was not keen to give credit card details. So recommend to pay cash USD rather than card. Check out was super quick we just gave keys back and got out. Breakfast started at 6.30 am. in weekdays and 7.30 on weekends. Coffee was good. In general great place to stay in Santiago. Hotel located in posh area, so pretty safe.

Nothing really

I loved everything about Regal Pacific. The staff is great, the food is AMAZING, the amenities in the bedroom are top-notch. The location is great too. It is close to restaurants, supermarkets, and the subway. The neighborhood around the hotel is great too - and safe. Very comfortable bedroom with a great space. I'm looking forward to my next stay at Regal.

There is not a thing - I liked everything.

Very enjoyable stay . Staff very friendly and helpful. Even when I had problems with my card , they still held my reservation for the room and allowed me to pay on arrival. Good communication throughout. Facilities are beautiful the lobby and lifts very classic in presentation . Room very modern fixtures and fittings. Coffee maker , fridge , iron ,hair dryer all provided ,UBS ports for charging electronics so like me if you had forgotten a socket adapter then still able to charge my phone . Very accommodating for late check-ins . We also had a very early checkout and they accommodated breakfast at 5 am for us too. 5 minutes from the metro . Metro system very easy to navigate and was able to explore Santiago now problems .Also used the spa facilities and relaxed in the jacuzzi

Can find no fault

The location was perfect. Las Condes is an upscale neighborhood featuring nice restaurants, parks, cultural venues, and well-maintained streets. The 30-minute metro ride to the historic city center was well worth it, all the more so because there was a metro station less than a block away.

The scrambled eggs at breakfast didn't taste great.

Very convenient to the Metro station!! Great location in an upscale area. Quick ski holiday to Valle Nevado and La Parva ski resorts for a couple of days and based in “Santiago” to take advantage of the sights and activities. Have been multiple times… Did not want to rent a car. So easy with Uber and local transport options. Wonderful breakfast to start the day…

Not a hotel issue, but a cultural item. If you are from North America do not expect to have a wash cloth for the shower. Plan accordingly if this is an issue for you

It’s a classic hotel with spacious rooms and very nice receptionists. The location is not central but it’s still very convenient because the subway station is just opposite the entrance of the hotel. I liked the neighborhood- it’s quite modern and felt safe. There is a huge park and IKEA nearby. But what I liked the most was the breakfast! One of the best I have ever had in my traveling life - there are not too many options, but what they prepare is high quality and homemade. Everything I tried was tasty and fresh! How amazing is it to have fresh cherries for breakfast! I definitely recommend this place and stay here again when I am in Santiago!

Unfortunately the gym and swimming pool were closed for maintenance the days I was there.

One of the best international breakfast buffets I have ever had, plenty of variety, everything you would expect to find and more, all using excellent ingredients. A handful of shops and restaurants nearby, and then only a short taxi/scooter ride to a large mall with an Ikea. Oh, and a mini bar in the room!

I'm struggling to think of anything wrong. The only minor annoyance was that every time you enter the room, the TV comes on automatically.

Room was comfortable, spacious, bed was comfortable. Location was excellent we walked everyday to restaurants, cafes, mall, banks a park everything we needed. We did have a car to get to the Pan Am Games venue, the secure, underground parking at the hotel made it easy to have the car. The breakfast was good we could find what we needed daily( which is often a challenge when you are a vegetarian). The restaurant and bar on the property was a plus when you just wanted to stay close. We want to make a special note regarding the staff who are exceptional, went above and beyond to help us, were always friendly and professional. They are reason enough to stay or return! Thank you guys for everything!

Great stay and central for a lot of the shops. Staff were not very attentive in the restaurant at time but overall great stay. If you are travelling from Europe they do ask for a credit card to check in with and they say it’s essential but this is generally the case in Chile. They did help with our airport transport and beds were comfortable with loads of charging points etc

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was everything I expected and more. The bed was so cozy, I had no problem falling asleep. Breakfast was so good too.

The spa services were not what I expected - The massage I received did not fit the description of what was offered.
