The location, big apartmet for stay with family. The staff always there for hep you, is my second time in myLUXAPART and definetly I stay with my family a third time.

All the Apartments shoud have a Washing Machine

The location was fantastic. The apartment was clean and neat.

We rented in the beginning of winter, the only problem was we couldn’t figure it out how to turn on the heater. And you need to let the shower run for a long time to get hot water.

The pillows could be enhanced and have tea/coffee available given there’s a coffee pot available

Great location and lovely apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Really suited us well for business travel. Close to metro and concierge available at front desk. There is a washing machine and the apartment was clean and comfortable.

Facilities were adequate and had everything that we needed but were limited in terms of the number of cups, plates etc.

Traffic noise at night, kitchen wasn't well equipped compared to other apartments I have used. Bring your own batteries for the A/C remote :)

Is a n8ce size department

Is in the 19 floor and without protection on the windows so with kids is very stressful. There is nothing complimentary in the kitchen, non of the basic things like mineral water, oil , salt, tea, sugar. It is hard to cook traveling if there is nothing. When you rent a place with kitchen you expect some complimentary basic ingredients.

swimming pool was closed earlier than the stated time

Great location. Easy access to the apartment.

Couple of things to improve. TV & air conditioning.
