Reception staff Very helpful. Lovely pool area. View from a very spacious apartment room and a great location. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Santiago.

Need to bring slippers or hotel provide slippers for in the apartment as it is parquet floor so unavoidable dirty feet unless you kept your shoes on, which adds to the problem.

The hotel has a great location next to one of the best malls in Santiago and a few steps from the park. The metro station is located 15 minutes walking from the hotel. Friendly staff.

You don’t need to pay tax as a foreigner as long as you pay in dollars. However in this (as in other hotels in Santiago) I couldn’t pay with an American card. Also, dollars are not easily accepted. There can’t be any marks or stains, otherwise they are rejected.

The staff is amazing, everybody was super nice and helpful. Location is great. The breakfast is very good. The rooms are very spacious and they are all in high floors with great view, which makes the experience even better. Everything was very clean. The pool is not great, but good area to sun bath. The gym is bigger than expected. Great price for value.

Some of the facilities in the rooms could be renovated, but overall everything is well maintained and super clean

Pleasant environment, superb staff, availability of gym and pool, priximity to park, market, restaurants, bank, and shopping. Delicious breakfasts and relaxing lounge with a beautiful virw.

Given that it was attached to a more expensive hotel it can be confusing. I would explain the location a bit better and that the breakfast area is actually in the other hotel but in a separate room. A lot less food but it really fine. I liked that it was a quieter there.

We had such an amazing time at this hotel - wow! We hoped to stay here again when we passed through Santiago but it was fully booked. Which makes sense because it was seriously the best hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and the restaurant has 24-hour service. So we ordered room service and the Barros Luco was the best sandwich I've ever had in my entire life.

A bit far from downtown and main interesting points in Santiago, not too close of metro stations and heavy traffic to leave or arrive at early morning or end of the day.
