Breakfast: The quality of the food was good, although there wasn't a huge selection of items. We stayed there on a holiday, so it wasn't crowded, so there were enough tables to meet the morning demand (there will definitely be a line on a normal day). The hotel is within walking distance of Parque Arauco Shopping (it has good food options). The area is safe and we walked at night. For touristic attractions just you can get easily get a Uber.

Bedroom and bathroom are ok. It needs renovation. Shower has pretty low pressure...so do not expect a relaxing bath.

The breakfast was adequate and met the standard that I have found in Santiago. The location was great, very easy walking to shopping and restaurants. The room was good, comfy bed and pillows, spacious bathroom, and well organized.

The building is a little dated but certainly functional and met my needs.

The Location of the hotel was perfect with Malls, highways, public transportation, other hotels around. Breakfast was missing some other fruits. Had problem with first room but they decided to upgrade it to me. Water in refrigerator was also a good thing. Thanks.

Very nice light clean hotel. The staff is very nice, polite and helpful. Always smiling. Very cozy restaurant, delicious coffee and fresh breakfast. One of the best hotels I have stayed at.

Breakfast began at 0600 and was very good. Could even order omelets.

Most of staff was unable to communicate in English. Had to find someone at front desk to interpret.

Breakfast was very complete.

This is an older hotel that won't compare to the Mandarin (where we stayed the following night as provided by Hurtigruten prior to our cruise). But it was half the price which was more important to us.

The WiFi was dropping a bit and all the TV channels was in Spanish . I’m from the Caribbean and to use the Netflix was of no use to me.
