Location, cleanliness

Staff at the reception is slow, requires the assistance of each other. Early check-in is impossible. We stayed there twice: first time we arrived at 2:40pm - 20 mins before the check-in and were told our room is still dirty. We waited until 3pm, the woman at the reception took ~25 mins to review our documents and process the payment. The second time we arrived a couple of hours earlier than the check-in time, were told that a few rooms are ready and if we want to check in, we should pay 50% of the night rate.

The hotel is well located close to many restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were spacious and especially the room for clothes was extremely spacey. The hotel had good services and friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast was not that special. A lot of very sweet things, but only a few types of fruits. Juices were not natural and tasted too sweat. Rooms are quite old and it was a bit cold in the room sometimes. The wifi did not work properly in all parts of the room.

I can say that I am a frequent guest, I stayed at Hotel Director several times, I enjoyed this lodgment.

This time I had a embarrassing problem, during two nights: the neighbor apartment was occupied by a group of noise people, listen to the music and laughing very loud. I noticed to the administration, but they were not able to solve this situation and moved us for another apartment. Quite boring.

The restaurant and bar was good and good prices. Lovey seating areas inside and out.

My credit card wouldn't work for some reason and they don't accept debit cards to pay for your booking (although the restaurant and bar did). Luckily I had just enough dollars on me to cover the room cost. I don't know what would have happened if I didn't. Also, no charging points so had to go and buy an adapter.

Rooms are very large, the location is great very close to many nice restaurants and walking distance (about 30 min) to Costanera Mall and Parque Arauco. We had a car, and the garage is covered and very easy to access. Breakfast is good. We ended up needing extra days at the hotel, and even though there were at full capacity, the hotel staff was very nice in helping us find another room.

Well staffed and staff were helpful and attentive. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel was well maintained and quiet - you couldn’t here anything from adjoining rooms. Breakfast was good. The pool area was like a little oasis - lots of shade and greenery and a small waterfall effect in the pool itself.

Comfy place, it met my expectations for a 4 star hotel.

The new year eves night we returned around at 4 am and for some reason none of our keys for our rooms worked, we had to go to the counter to fixed, it was done in a couple of minutes, still, pretty annoying.

Modern, clean hotel with nice staffs. Safe and convenient location.

Only a staff at night was terrible. Worst hotel guy I’ve ever met. But there seem many staffs and others are all very nice and helpful.

The way you pay for your stay is so confusing. They charge you a warranty first and then they ask you to pay when you do the check out.
