It's located just a few blocks from your office, making it incredibly convenient for work commutes. The staff delivered an exceptional service, ensuring the stay was as comfortable as possible. Plus, I enjoyed a delightful breakfast, varied enough that will start your day off right. * The pool is a great place to spend few minutes after a long day work!

Few things that I would recommend for improvement: The shower never got to a warm temperature, even after following the steps posted in it. Towels are clean and the right size, but they need some softener to make them more comfortable. I did not call the desk about this, but at night in my room, there was a persistent noise, low but at times annoying. I had to work one full day in the room, and at times, the Wifi stopped working, so I had to share internet from my mobile. Hope this helps to make Ebro an even more excellent hotel

The apartment has an amazing location — there are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, and the most beautiful beach on the island is just around the corner. I was a bit worried after reading some reviews about noise, but in reality, there was only occasional soft music from a nearby café, which always ended by 11 PM and didn’t disturb my sleep at all. A special thank you to the staff — they were always available, helpful, and truly made my stay exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

V nice breakfast, nice smelling and clean. Efficient room service. Decent facilities and spectacular views of the mountains and city centre of Santiago. Very close to key amenities in Santiago. Very good value for money.

Our personal preference would have been for the bar to be open later on (although v good 24/7 room service) and perhaps more spa facilities to compete with other high end hotels in the area. All staff were polite and civil but some could have been slightly more warm (with the exception of the doormen).

Based bad experiences pertaining to the breakfasts, it was good to see the quality of the breakfast has improved significantly. I returned to the hotel with these concerns, knowing that if there wasn't any improvement, I would never return. I was pleased to see they did improve, so I will continue to stay there as I have many times over the past two years.

There is nothing bad I can say this time around.

1. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was AMAZING! Such variety. The fruit was so tasty. 2. Front Desk Staff: I had questions about the bill and the front desk staff were very helpful and explained what to expect (credit card refund). 3. Location/safety: We felt safe walking around the area. Many restaurants and bars close by (walking distance).

The A/C system in the room was quite loud.

The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located in a great location to get to many great restaurants and tourist attractions. Hotel staff was very helpful getting us a car service to and from the airport.

The hotel HVAC unit did not work even after getting a technician to fix it. He seemed clueless on how an HVAC unit works. The shower was very difficult to get hot water. After a plumber came to fix it, it worked well enough. These type problems should not be happening at a hotel that is this nice. Something seemed strange with the maintenance issues.

This hotel is a great place to be. Located in a safe, attractive and quiet place in Santiago. Moreover it is based not very far from the subway (to my mind Tobalaba station is the nearest) and surrounded by a lot of stores and good restaurants. The staff was welcoming, helpful and attentive. They were really dedicated and offered a quality of service. The room was clean, large and bright.

The staff were awesome, very helpful and sorted us out for numerous things. We only ate little breakfast due to schedule but what we got was great and plentiful. The sundeck/pool was nice, small but still nice. Wish there was a bar there. I will not write scratches or peeling paint in some obscure corners and I don't care and won´t look for issues. Great location with at least short walk to nice restaurants, bank, store and the mall/sky tower.

Toilets are old system need to hold on the side they need to upgrade toilet, we moved from one room to another shower was leaking out and toilet not working properly, housekeeping could improve.

Breakfast is simple. The room was good. Location is excellent

The hangers in the closet are connected to a metal piece. The soap, shampoo, etc are in very hard dispensers. The window curtains don't close completely, so the sun was getting on my face early in the morning.
