The staff was very friendly, the room was very cozy, the bed was wonderful, and the coffee was a welcome touch. The location was also unbeatable, in a beautiful, peaceful spot close to everything I needed.

When I arrived, there were a lot of people checking in and only one person at the front desk. And please note the size of the towels in the bathroom. They're too small to get out of the shower.

The Holliday Inn Express impressed me with its prime location and excellent service. Situated in a vibrant yet safe area, it is conveniently close to a variety of restaurants. The rooms are spacious compared to other hotels, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment and free, fast Wi-Fi. The exceptionally friendly and attentive staff enhanced my overall experience with their warm hospitality, making this hotel an ideal choice for anyone visiting Santiago.

Location was convenient. Good choice at breakfast. Clean room, helpful reception and catering staff.

Breakfast queue at busy times - I think this could be improved by moving some of the food to other places (e.g have separate table for bread / cakes / rolls as this is always busy and clogs up).

The hotel is in a good location, a safe neighbourhood close to restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the large Costanera shopping mall. The rooms are dated and in need of a refurb but clean ,comfortable and quite spacious. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

Breakfast buffet was just Ok, the quality of the food not great. Coffee was usually lukewarm and very weak.

Breakfast buffet needs to be improved. Was always missing foods. Like bread butter or fruits. We always had to wait for coffee cups. Tables were not cleaned. There was no supervision. Foods was good and the selection also.

The location of this hotel is better, near Costanera Mall, a few minutes to Tobalaba subway station. The room was large, quiet, without noises, the beds was confortable and the bathroom is also large. The breakfast is honest. All the staff always friendly, specially Mrs. Javiera.

All, the hotel is fabulous, is located in a strategic place of the city. It has a magnificent service and I hope to return there. The facilities and services are very good. Finally the staff is very friendly.

Hotel is in a great location. The staff is very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

The down side is that the hotel does not have a restaurant that works outside of breakfast time
