We knew what to expect from reading the reviews, and we were really pleased with what we got and found it very good value, particularly for the size of the rooms and the location (so very many great restaurants and bars in <15 minutes walk). Obviously for this price, you're going to find that it's an older building with wear and tear in the rooms, but things were reasonably clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were skiing, so we appreciated having lots of space to sort of kit, and the water was really hot for a shower or bath after a hard day on the slopes. One reason we chose here is having a mini kitchen and fridge to make some breakfast and snacks, but it would be hard to cook a full meal. Free parking is great, but the spaces and maneuvering are quite narrow, fine for sedan, but our medium sized SUV definitely needed a driver with some experience (see photo).

The location was super good, the staff was quite helpful, and the room itself was pretty big, with a nice balcony. The check in & checkout are super fast and they will keep your luggage if you arrive early.
Some kitchen cleaning supplies, for the dishes, would be a nice touch, although they do offer to clean the room daily (this is more for people who likes to wash things as soon as they use them, not because they won´t clean or anything. They will.)

Location, staff and bed is good.
On the pictures this room looks nice but they need to clean and paint. Looks like they just do not clean at all. In Europe it would be only a motel.
