The location is prime here. 3 4 minutes of the MUT which is a must see in Santiago, and near of the Costanera area, which is central. The hotel has good installations, not supreme, but is fair for the price. The breakfast is average, but gets you going, and they even offer you snacks if you are leaving before breakfast time. The room was really small, kinda hard to fit luggage and people, but not impossible to be.

I believe the rooms are really tiny, which is hard to deal when you have a lot of luggage and the cold weather clothes, which takes a lot of room

The location was great and it's in a very safe zone, the breakfast was good with a variety of things. The staff very kind and help us a lot to plan our excursions. They also give you a snack in case you have the excursion early and you don't have time to eat breakfast at the hotel. The room was wide, the lights are good, every day they clean our room and we spent a great time there. Definitely if we go to Chile again we will reserve the same hotel because the experience was great. The room view was good and from our room we can se ethe Costanera center.

As it's near of an avenue you can hear the noise outside and the npise that other people do in their rooms or when they are in the hall.

Nice place close to the metro red line. At a few mins walking distance to Costanera rower. Clean. Rich breakfast..Friendly personal So everything was perfect with the small deficiency described above.

The receptionist I faced after arrival did not speak English. The room cards I have received did not work. But I was let in by the cleaning lady so I could put baggage in the room and then I went for the help to reception.The cards were rewritten and a man went with me to check that it works now.

An excellent hotel, very comfortable, very well located, local transportation very close to the hotel and great commerce around it. The staff that serves is very friendly with a lot of knowledge on that field. You feel like family. I want to thank all staff who gave me support, especially Sebastian, a very friendly guy, without forgetting to mention Jose. They served an excellent American breakfast style. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to go to Santiago. By-the-way, I'm going back next week for a couple of days Gus.

"Excellent service and customer service" This is the third time I have been to this hotel. The staff was very friendly, especially Sebastian and Don Juan. I didn't know him before, very friendly and helpful person. I recommend this hotel to any traveler going to Santiago de Chile. The breakfast was excellent! The location perfect for my specific purpose to be as close to the embassy. I wish to express my deepest gratitude to the front desk and security staff (I'm not sure if I may names here, but they know who they are) for their assistance, patience and understanding of my extremely difficult situation in obtaining emergency travel documentation. The breakfast could have more options..

The location is superb, also people at the hotel really helpful. Clean, beds were really comfy. I feel safe all the time.

My only observation is for a room for 3 was not enough space to put away clothes and shoes away like drawers and closet. It is not for 3 adults definitely, for a mum or dad with little kids yes.

great location, near the subway, many offices, easy access to wework coworking space, and fancy restaurants where many international groups have meeting, hangouts, and welcome expats. the receptionist is very friendly, one speaks English well and very helpful. all the staffs are polite and well reserved.

the breakfast is very basic, there is no laundry service. but you can ask receptionist, they can suggest other vendors and pick it up for you.

Friendly staff, good breakfast and great location. Comfy bed. Enjoyed the view. Nice to have a fridge. Was a great base for my week’s stay and lots of good restaurants close by.

Some wooden furniture could do with an upgrade. A more convenient desk to work at would be nice.
