We loved our stay here, the room was so spacious, clean and comfortable, and stylishly furnished. The bathroom was huge and the toiletries were high quality. The breakfast was definitely a highlight - so many options and all of the food was really fresh. The gym was well equipped and spacious. The location was great for walking to the Cenco Costanera and sky tower, and the Parque Metropolitano de Santiago.

In terms of restaurant options within walking distance we preferred being near the Barrio Italia area, but you can get a taxi there (not expensive) and this area did feel safe. We did ask the hotel to book us a taxi one evening to get to a restaurant and they seemed to try and do this through one of their specific contracted cars rather than just hailing a taxi on the street (which is what we wanted) and we ended up waiting half an hour and almost missing our reservation - in the end we managed to flag one down ourselves - so I would only recommend asking the hotel to sort you a taxi if you're going to the airport and need the security of booking in advance - obviously this is a much more expensive option than hailing one yourself.

The hotel is located in a nice area in Las Condes near many good restaurants. The hotel was very clean. The hotel staff members were friendly, helpful, efficient, and very competent. Our room was spacious and comfortable; there were so many thoughtful touches like a Nespresso machine. Our concierge, Karina, recommended good restaurants, arranged a delightful tour for us, and went the extra mile to make our stay very enjoyable. We had fun spending a day with the hotel driver, Jose, who was an excellent and safe driver. He took us to visit Valparaiso and Vina del Mar, along with a delightful guide named Maria. In the breakfast room, Yen recommended a delicious breakfast dish and took great care of us during our stay. We are looking forward to our next visit and would highly recommend this wonderful hotel!

The breakfast selection was good, juices were great - there were special blends daily. A la carte order for eggs were excellent, quite good value for money! (US$22 per pax). Location is good, lots of nice restaurants around within walking distance of about 10 minutes, the biggest shopping mall is 15 minutes walk. 30 minutes to airport. Reception arranged for a big car to go to airport, charges were reasonable. Car was great and driver was good. Flavoured water, tea and coffee offered at the reception area was good. Food was great at all day dining.

Check in counter area a little small, feels congested when there are more than 6 pax around. Usually only 1 person on duty, will be great to have more staff there.

Breakfast was good with different freshly blended juices available. A la Carte breakfast items were also very good. Had dinner twice as well, good food and service.

The reception area only has one staff when I go there, the Hyatt member's counter was not mended all the time, in fact when I was there, I didn't see any dedicated staff member there. I wanted to pay extra to check out later but this request is not possible, I have to book for another night although I left 14 hours before official checkout, quite inflexible for international travelers whose flights maybe late at night.

We are a returning guest and stayed here before. The staff - amazing service, somelier Antonia and bartender Elias are fantastic. The room - big enough for a family with two kids. Coffe machine. The facilities - the roof terrace with pool and bar gives plenty of privacy. The gym is well equipped and spacious. The breakfest - best in Chile (we travelled across the whole country for one month) The location - 20 min from the airport, close to the Sky Costaniera, safe area, plenty of restaurants in walking distance. But try the restaurant downstairs Amandine - it has a very good menu and quality!

Nothing Maybe just one - no bathrobes

1. Swimming pool is so small that is not suitable for swimming. 2. Gym is not well enough equiped 3. Breakfast sometimes opens but almost everything on the buffet is empty. 4. Room cleaning is done late during the day - around 16:00. 5. External lighting of the window in annoying

The restaurant didn't disappoint. Everything we had - from Pisco Saur to morning breakfast - was great. We were met by "our" waiter, Julien, who was as great as every time.

We understand we are in Chile, where speed isn't a factor (living there for a couple of years). But if you see dishes from room service on the floor for almost all day, or you are greeted by a lobby boy, taking away your luggage on a trolley and promising to deliver them to the room, you don't expect it will take more than 10 minutes - we had to go down to find out the luggage was still there, sitting peacefully where the boy left it.

The property was nice, the room and beds were nice, the staff was friendly. Restaurant in the hotel was amazing (Amandine)

Room service number understood no english. The pool was cold (it was 24°C outside during day and around 11 by night - i get that it cools off, but the water was ice cold). They forgot to mention there was a huge F1 event on the first day we were there so we were woken up early and had hard time getting around from the hotel. Would have been nice to get notified up front.

The hotel is pretty aesthetic, modern and with special touches. It has cosy lounges where you can hang out and relax. The swiming pool is not very large but it really helps to cool down and enjoy the view from the roof top. Good french restaurant and amazing breakfast.
