Excellent location for me. Staff very good, hotel very clean and comfortable, and at a very reasonable price. Room satisfactory, individual AC with the heat exchangers hanging outside, easily adjustable. Bathroom good although my hair drier did not work.

Wifi seems to be slow at times, too many users? The breakfast did not have much choice, and no expresso in a restaurant named the Ponte Vecchio!!! I dined in the restaurant for two nights, on the first (Sunday) I was the only client for most of the time and there was construction going on in the bar area, which I thought inappropriate. Service a bit amateurish too. And although the hotel is very clean and comfortable, it could do with a refresh, it's getting old. Needs to be brightened up!

The room space and the cleanliness. All the facilities were in good conditions. The place was very central to the main avenues of El Golf neighbourhood, Line 1 of the Underground, supermarkets and local restaurants. Breakfast was a great option to eat something fresh.

The underground parking slot were a little small, but enough to a SUV. Maybe the staff could fix the illumination considering the space. Nothing to add.

Location is great, in a safe and quiet area with good places to eat around. Room is large and comfortable.

If you really need internet while traveling, choose another place to stay. There was zero internet in my room (either wi-fi or 5G), so I had to go to the corridor or reception to get connected. Also, breakfast is good but I really like eating fruit in the morning, and there were only apples.

Location: Excellent Room: good, clean and aircon. Bed comfortable. Bathroom ok, no good ventilation. Breakfast: Fair. A bit poor and lack of care. Have to wait every day for eggs to come in. Some reception staff were amazing

The building is a bit outdated. The breakfast and coffee could be improved. Some of the reception staff could be more friendly and welcoming.

Amenities were excellent including massager chair and rooftop views. Massage facility just a few doors down that was arranged by hotel staff. Great breakfast to go for our early exit…

Some trouble communicating trying to connect with the hop on hop off bus.

Perfect location, very safe. Excellent front of house staff who were always happy, smiling, and helpful! Easy parking available.

Breakfast was boring and not very good. Dinner menu very expensive and not very good.

Buffet breakfast good.

Some infrastructures in the bathroom such as shower head too high and when opening the faucet both shower and faucet start at the same time.

rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was quite good. The front desk was very nice and pleasant and even spoke some English which was a bonus! Easy access to the subway and busses. Nice part of town.

Breakfast was a very good continental breakfast, fresh and good quality.

Property is a bit older and could use an upgrade.

Room was comfortable, clean, and warm atmosphere. Good Bathroom, and all very clean. The hotel is small, but very well decorated, giving a comfortable business atmosphere. Good buffet breakfast.
