Location absolutely perfect. One of the nicest neighbourhoods in Santiago - safe, leafy, beautiful parks nearby. An easy metro ride to everywhere worth seeing in the city. Downtown Providencia/Bellavista walkable too. Free filtered water a very nice touch. Good welcome - we arrived too early to check in after a night flight and they let us have a room early to shower and change. Can park outside the hotel - a bonus. Breakfast excellent, served in the cool café downstairs with a decent cappuccino- our children thought it the best breakfast they had during the entire trip.

Showers are not great. It was still summer so not really a problem but the water alternates between freezing and scalding hot. Our room was at the top of the main stairs so we heard (loudly) everyone coming up the stairs at night. If possible ask for a room away from the stairwell.

I visited Hiroshima to attend a conference meeting hosted at the JMS Aster Plaza located a few blocks away from the hotel. I stayed from Sunday to Saturday, and I found everything neat since my arrival. Everything was perfectly cleaned, the bed was nice, and the apartment was spacious for one or two persons. The apartment also offers a washing machine, and clothes dry after three or four hours. Everything is labelled in English and well explained. There are good restaurants and cafes nearby. I would love to come back again!

It could have more sunlight, but as I did not spend too much time in the apartment during the day this was not an issue.

The bedrooms are large, it has the most comfortable beds ever. There is a cafe in the location, which is also good. There is an area in the back with music to unwind after a day.

The shower is really small for the size of the bathroom. One room had a refrigerator the other not. Noise in the hallway and if you stay on the first floor, you wake up with the noise from the receptionist and coffee shop. The parking lot only fits 3 cars, then 2 cars can park on the sidewalk and is a bit confusing and messy. Breakfast is a bit repetitive, they have 2 options, and it is not a buffet.

I stayed at the Pop Hotel twice. The first time in a room with a large double bed and the second in a room with three single beds. The beds are very comfy. Everything is very clean and the shower is great. Location is very good. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Would stay there again.

In the room with the three beds there was only one bedside lamp and it didn't give much light. Bad for reading. I went to the Cafe for a coke at night and they didn't have any. Very low on stock. The parking lot is in fact only two spaces and the rest of the cars are parked on the street. But, none of this was a big problem and I enjoyed my stay both times.

Location is convenient, a nice walk away from the metro station in a quiet a safe neighborhood. The people working there, very friendly and willing to help. The room was nice and spacious. The coffee shop has good coffee and sandwiches.

The temperature of the shower is really hard to regulate, it goes between super hot water to cold.

The hotel was modern and stylish, with a cool atmosphere and great amenities. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of delicious options. Parking was convenient, located right in front of the hotel with 24-hour surveillance, adding extra peace of mind

This little boutique hotel was beyond my expectation. Room was pretty and staffs were nice. I left my little purse when I checked out and they immediately sent me whatsapp about it. I was very happy to see them again, my amiga!!

Shower pressure was a little bit weak but no problem for doing it.

Nice location and general vibe. The breakfast is great and the little cafe is funky.

The room has hardly enough room to walk around the bed. Although the bathroom has a kind of cool industrial style and is spacious it doesn't feel that comfortable.

Nice location in a good neighbourhood, nice design and vibe of the hotel. We were able to store or luggage before and after check-in and check-out, which was really nice,

The staff didn’t speak english. Of course we managed with a translate app.

Really good location, room size and external area are amazing as cleaning and personnel attention. Excellent natural illumination, including in bathroom.

One or another grumpy receptionist, in addition to a mistake with my reservation that included breakfast (nothing special but good enough) and that until the last day of the stay pestered me without solving the problem.
