The Property is located in a very tranquil area in the outskirts of Santiago (a 40 min drive) where all you can hear is the quiet and birds. Room is well appointed, clean and comfortable, and some complimentary amenities (such as daily water bottles, soft drinks, sweets and a bottle of wine) are welcomed pleasant surprises. Breakfast is great, with several options of fruits, juices, breads, eggs cooked to taste, etc.

The hotel’s common areas are not properly cleaned (a lot of dust from the parking lot invading everywhere, many windows filthy, and garden could be more carefully looked after. The lack of a good manager looking around making sure everything is perfect and leading the teams is surely missed here - I am sure that the hotel would be in much better shape with more motivated employees with good leadership. The shower in the room is not fully closed off with glass, so every time you take a shower get prepared to have your bathroom fully soaked! Not nice… this is clearly a relevant design flaw.

the setting was incredible, we couldn't have asked for a more impressive estate! the room was huge, with options for extra sitting, comfortable beds, lots of outlets and infinite amenities... they went out of their way to make us feel pampered! breakfast was delicious, with lots of options and great staff in short, we wish we could be back here every year!

the only set back was the bathroom that felt a little insecure for an unstable senior (my mom)... anyone else shouldn't have any issues!

Approachable, energetic and welcoming staff. Lovely grounds and bird life. They have maintained the old facade of the castle and the hotel itself is of an interesting design. Breakfast was good especially the homemade breads, however a bit of friction to obtain a cup of tea 😅 Wine tasting lecture and tour of grounds were very informative and enjoyable. Good sized bed and modern well insulated room.

Appreciated the loan of adapters for charging devices, similarly would have appreciated the loan of a kettle for making tea in the room as only coffee machine. Depending on who you spoke to this may or may not be available. Overrun with guests at the weekend. The safe even after much involvement from the staff was unusable during our entire stay. Sequoia restaurant: items not available from menu and only notified after sitting down to order.

Great park like setting, very relaxing stay, great rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

The food in the restaurant for lunch and dinner was the same menu with no specials so after 3 meals was a little repetitive. The food was presented beautifully but lacked any great flavours or originality. A few sauce options for the nicely cooked steak would be a simple start to improving the gustatory experience.

This was such a pleasant surprise - we extended our stay by 4 days! Las Majadas is in the perfect location to easily drive to the best wineries in the area. The Hotel itself is a fabulous designed property within the grounds of an old Palacio so the grounds are lovely. The most impressive things however were the incredible attention to small details - we were even given adaptors at checkin & the rooms were perfectly equipped - and the really friendly & professional service from all of the staff. Good old fashioned Hospitality at its very best.

We would have liked simpler menu option for lunch and a more welcoming bar area - both of which I think are being dealt with in April

Wonderful hotel - excellent welcome from the staff from the moment we arrived, great service in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner, and loved all the little extras that came with the room. We also enjoyed wandering the grounds in the evening with the resident dog. One of our favourite hotel stays ever! Great location for exploring the Maipo Valley wineries and driving into the Maipo Canyon as well.

Amazing building in beautiful grounds the most comfortable beds we had the best sleep throughout the whole holiday.

They had some issues with the restaurant so our dinner was absolutely awful. We actually ended up getting up and walking out! but I think it was just a temporary problem. Hopefully they fixed it quick and are back to providing outstanding dining.

The hotel is just simply fabulous. Feom rhe moment we arrived, we were treated as honoured guests .Jean was so friendly and welcoming . The building and design is superb .our room was spacious and spotlessly clean .dinner was excellent. We wish we had found this hotel hotel sooner as we fly back to ireland today .. thank you so much !

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The park with its extensive tree collection is soo relaxing to walk around in. I loved all the excursions on offer and the food at the restaurant was top notch. All the little details like board games and garden grown food! Really helpful friendly staff.

Massages were really soft even when we asked for deep tissue. But the sauna/steam rooms were nice so worth a visit.

The architecture of the hotel and the surrounding park and mansion. The tour of the grounds and mansion by staff member Mauricio was outstanding. The breakfast was extensive and good quality and service.

The room was a little small and bathroom a cramped. Bathroom had some mildew in the grout.
