The room was very clean and the bathroom was big and comfortable. The staff were helpful answering questions. The options at the breakfast buffet were great. I appreciated the outdoor pool and seating areas. The kitchen very kindly heated up some leftovers for me. The location was good, but there weren't a lot of restaurant options in the immediate neighbourhood (ie walkable). But public transit/uber/taxis were pretty good. There was ample closet/shelving space. And the daily room cleaning was perfect.

I would stay here again, but here are some very picky details. The pool could've been cleaned a little more frequently (there was a large leaf on the bottom of the pool for the whole time that I was there and there was a small amount of plant debris floating on the surface). But to be fair, they probably don't expect much pool use in Oct. Also, I found a couple minor deficiencies that the hotel was quick to fix when I brought them to the hotel's attention. But weird that it wasn't fixed before: one of the bedside lamps did not work and one of the slats in the wooden louvre was detached from the opener/closer mechanism. These are minor details though.

We stayed in two rooms, one of which had a garden attached to it. It felt like a resort to walk in the large and beautiful garden in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee. The other room had a poolside and garden view. The rooms were large and spacious. The breakfast served is sumptous. Also the restaurant serves delicious cuisines. The neighbourhood was very quiet, filled with small european styled bunglows and tall trees and flower plants. There were lot of cafes and supermarkets close by.

The flight of stairs which one has to climb up and down in order to reach the reception and the lift. It is cumbersome to carry heavy luggage through them.

Lovely quiet location near embassies and wide leafy streets that were safe to walk. 10-15mins walk to the metro or main shops. Small grocery store one block away. As a smaller hotel the staff were very attentive. Great value for money.

Room was functional but getting tired. Breakfast was ok but limited. If I was spending more time in the hotel, I would have looked for one with more facilities.

Location of this hotel is excellent. Felt like a very safe area- lots of restaurants and essential shopping within walking distance. The staff helped with organising tours and transport to the airport very efficiently.

The rooms could be updated with modern decor and some basic water bottle and coffee in the rooms. We arrived around 10pm to find no water or coffee in the room- so had to go out to get them after a long flight.

The hotel personnel was the best: in reception everyone was extremely helpful, cooperative always with a smile. All top quality including Maria, the magnificent boss, Camila, so helpful with accommodations and transportation, Michelle and Isabella with the best attitude and others whose names I do not recall. Cleaning supervisor and staff as well as efficient and relentless breakfast tram did their job flawlessly. Thanks to all.

The location is great, very nice part of the city, but not very useful for exploring Santiago. The outside swimming pool is small, but when we needed it, it was empty.

We were in the new part on the 5th floor, which was annoying. Only one of the elevators goes there, so if the other comes, you need to send it up and wait again. The windows could not open, the shower was having extremely hot water on cold, until it "goes away".

Great location, very friendly and accommodating staff. The room had a kettle and lots of toiletries. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and the hotel helped me out the last minute when they didn’t have to.

The breakfast buffet was okay, not bad not great. The air conditioning in the room was hard to navigate. The room was either incredibly warm or freezing when the air conditioning was on. All minor things though

The location was great with restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly. It looked like were were staying in an old fashioned european neighbourhood.

The rooms were a little small in size. The food served by the restaurant wasn't too good speacially the ' salmon atun'. Also carrying suicases up and down the flight of 10-12 stairs to get to the lift was a bit painful.

We thought it was excellent, but some people might be out of by some of the details here and there, like a small patch of paint needed on a door.

Good location and pool. Staff were decent and responsive when I had any queries.

Commotion when checking in. They need to place a hold but the machine wouldn’t accept my cards. Totally unnecessary mayhem. Could have been avoided by using my bank details that were provided to Booking.com
