Lovely staff, modern and clean hotel and room (regular cleaning of room), fab location (felt safe and was walking distance to main attractions), great view from window, access to lounge areas in and outside and small pool. There was a national power cut for 7h whilst we were there and we felt the hotel managed it very well - seemed to have a generator so we were able to get food in the restaurant, lift still worked, provided areas to charge phones etc.

Pool seemed a lot smaller than the pictures and was very cold! Would have been nice to have breakfast included

The location is good, the room is also good - clean, nice shower, good WiFi. Coffee machine in the room is a plus, but you have to buy capsules (instead of welcome 2:).

They charge me 19% on top of price was promised by booking com (despite we are not citizens of Chile). The same story in their restaraunt. They told me that its a common thing in Chile - but it is not - all restaurants and hotels we visited later did not charge us those 19% - so it was a cheating.

Good value and a nice room, stylish and good breakfast. Also just down the road from one of the best places to get a Churassaco sandwich, Fuente Alemana

There was construction work going on outside our room window. Luckily we were out all day so this was not a problem. There were no issues at night. But it would have been nice to have been informed.

Absolutely everything, the staff, the facilities, the wifi, air-conditioning was perfect. The bed and pillows were all comfortable too. The gym had everything you needed for a decent workout, if I'm really being picky a second treadmill would have been great but I managed. I could set the air-conditioning to whichever temperature I wanted. The pool was on the smaller side but in a quiet location. The staff stored our bags on our last day and we could use all the facilities including the pool and gym and shower using the gym showers. The kitchen had cutlery, knives, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, a pot and a pan, the only thing missing was a peelers and a colander.

I stayed in a "standard apartment." Room layout was good, lots of storage, nice shower, nice kitchen (though odd assortment of utensils), and the room itself was comfortable, including the bed. I had very few noise issues, other than the sound of furniture being moved when adjacent apartments were being cleaned. Staff are very friendly and helpful and speak English, Breakfast buffet was one of the best I've experienced. I looked forward to breakfast every morning!

For some reason they have chosen to lock the thermostat in the room. As such, there were only 3 temperature settings you could choose: 19C, 21C (both too cold for me) and 24C (a bit too warm).

We stayed here two times in a short period. We were upgraded to an apartment on our first stay and we booked it on our second stay. The apartment was modern and spacious, with a small kitchenette. Bathroom is a decent size. It all looks new. Staff is friendly and helpful, and most of them speak english well. Location is very good in a lively area of Santiago.

No toilet brush. Towels were thin so need to be changed daily. Coffee cups and bottled water are only provided at check in but bot restocked. Providing some tea bags and other simple ammenities in an apartment would be nice.

The staff spoke excellent English. They were happy to store my suitcase for 3 hours (I arrived in town long before the room was ready) and formally check me in at midday. I could then spend the day with friends and pick up my key in the evening. They ordered me a taxi for my return to the airport (at the end of my 4 day stay; this cost $27) and even supplied me with a glass of milk for supper in my room at no extra cost (on the first night). After this, the mini fridge in the room meant I could buy and chill drinks for myself. The security safe was reassuring. The desk & chair were perfect for using my laptop in the evening. Although the hotel is in a built-up area my 3rd floor room did offer a view of distant hills. Breakfasts were also good, though I did not otherwise eat at the hotel. Providencia is a pleasant neighborhood with good shopping (e.g. the Cenca Costanera mall is a mile away) and plenty of places to eat. With the metro (line 1[red]) only 500m away, it was easy to access the city centre and other attractions such as Fantasylandia.

Lovely hotel, I booked a small apartment with bedroom and kitchen and it was large and comfortable. The staff is super available and very nice. The hotel is brand new and well equipped. The location is PERFECT. Providencia has a ton of cafes, bars, excellent restaurants, shops, and it’s safe and pleasant to walk both during the day and in the evening. The hotel is also 5 minutes walking from a conveniente metro line to go to the center or other interesting neighbourhoods! I strongly suggest to stay in this neighbourhood to visit Santiago!

A friend and I stayed at the Almasur at the end of our trip with the intent to do a wine tour and relax before flying home. The property was well-maintained, and had great areas for sitting, relaxing, and hanging inside and outside. The restaurant was convenient, reasonably priced, and had friendly staff. The Providencia area was safe and walkable. We would definitely stay there again.

It’s a small thing, but after asking 2 staff members for more coffee pods we were unable to procure more than the two provided for our 3-night stay. Also small, but pool could’ve been cleaner.

Coffee pods and bottled water were supplied for the first night. When requested for second night we were told that “courtesy items were only supplied for first night and subsequent supplies would be billable” This information should be conveyed up front when checking in. In all fairness once I expressed my displeasure to the front desk additional courtesy items were supplied free of charge. The air conditioning unit temperature control was locked at 24C, the windows didn’t open. Although I understand the energy savings measure the room was west facing and in the afternoon/evening it felt like a greenhouse.
