Although the reviews were mostly negative, I was sceptical about the place before my travel. I found this hotel to be better than my expectations. It is a clean hotel with limited service suitable for the price I paid. Staff were friendly, location was perfect and I would return to this hotel if I travelled again to Santiago. I was satisfied with my room. The wooden floor looks like it has some white mould but it is the wood that has been affected for the weather. The hotel should treat the floors and keep maintaining this property without letting it deteriorate over time.

Getting my luggage out of the room during check out I didn't get help from staff. Breakfast buffet was very small. Please add a little more options for the small buffet. I got fed up of sandwiches after the second day. Remove the extra doors on the elevator. Have a kettle and iron with iron board in the rooms. Would help business travellers.

Although close to vibrant roads and city places, the location is very quiet. The rooms are spacious and windows can be opened. Breakfast is better than the average Chilean Hotel breakfasts, although if all seats occupied it took a while to refill the buffet. If you are in a hurry, such situation produce discomfort. If not, does not matter. Hotel Taxi service with competitve price and spacious cars - recommended. Metrostations or Costanera Center are in walking distances.

No place to park a bicycle in front of the hotel. My daughter visited me by bike and she could only lock it around a palmtree in front of the hotel.

Close to eating places and tours. Nice size of room.

No soap dish in shower. No electrical outlet next to bed for phone and devices. Small elevator. Front staff were not very helpful and was indifferent. Morning lady did not seem to speak English at all.

Hotel was nice and clean and friendly staff. One woman at the desk in particular was very helpful. The breakfast was very nice.

There were some restaurants nearby but depending on which way you walk when you leave the neighborhood was not the best for tourists. But close to the subway to get to other parts of the city so as long as you are comfortable navigating around it is fine.

Comfortable, spacious, well appointed room in a really good location. Friendly and helpful staff and off-street parking for the rental car.

Not the hotels fault but we visited during the week of national festivities and the primary school adjacent to the back was noisy from early on.

The hotel is well located, a bit outdated, but reasonably comfortable. Except for a single lady at thevreception, the staff is not cooperative and supportive at all. Language issue is critical!

Location in the heart of Providencia area is great. Breakfast buffet is high quality and with great selection. Comfortable room. Internet is reasonably fast. Exotic antique elevator.

I’ve stayed here a few times. The facilities are starting to look worn. The rooms and lobby need to be refurbished, or it will be hard for it to compete with the newer hotels in the area.

The room and breakfast were very good, the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is okay depending on which way you go out the door. It is also close to the subway which is easy to use to get anywhere you want to go.
