Excellent breakfast great selection , omelette is also available . Location is fine quiet & walking distance to most sites.

Hotel won a Trip Advisor reward in 2014 but has been coasting on its status. Property needs a little maintenance & some updating.The only outlet for charging phones , IPads , Kindles etc in our room was on the wall in the bathroom right next to sink .We had to put phone , IPad on counter in front of sink. Beside lights need updating with charging ports. IIt would be nice to have coffee or tea available in the room or at least complimentary on premises

Depending what you want to visit, the location is great. It certainly was for us with Jose Victorino Lastarria just around the corner and Cerritos San Cristobel not too far to walk. Also convenient for the Metro. Nice boutique feel about the hotel.

Only problem was that one of the neighbours had a party until 0320 on our second night and, to say the least, we weren’t impressed! Looked like there may have been a repeat the following night so we mentioned it to the manager who sympathised and may have had a word because it didn’t materialise, thankfully.

The front desk staff was always lovely - so kind and friendly and always helpful. We stayed there before and after our trips to Atacama and Patagonia and they were able to keep our extra bags and it was always nice to come back. The location was terrific - we have friends in Santiago and this was super close for them to come meet us. The neighborhood is the best! Always lively and it always felt safe. We ate SO well. Be sure to check put the gelato!

I was bummed that the last night we couldn't use the pool area or the bar area due to a private event. We had a small room that night and it was tough to not have a nice place to hang out after a long travel day.

A beautiful hotel with loads of charm in an excellent location. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

The breakfast was disappointing. The juices did not taste fresh, they seemed to be made some pre mix. The strawberries were old and mushy. For the price of the hotel I would expect better quality breakfast. The staff were very quiet and reserved.

The breakfast restaurant itself is a very setting for the property. Very relaxing. I had the room right by reception which I loved, it was super convenient. The guy on the front desk was super helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

I think the food at breakfast could do with focusing a little bit more on healthier items (apples, bananas, etc.), other than that it was good. Breakfast staff could be a little more greeting and friendly. They are not as approachable as the reception staff who are fantastic.

the hotel was well situated, and was "charming". The breakfast was excellent. Nice pool. Comfortable beds (although very narrow as we had a twin room)

The rooms and bathrooms were not clean enough, (fluff under the bed, hair in the shower drain) and the lighting in both the bathroom and the bedroom was not sufficient. The whole place has a rather run down appearance, and whilst the pool itself was nice the area around the pool is shabby. shame, could be wonderful

Beautiful boutique hotel within short walking distance of the Lastarria shopping area. The staff were attentive and very helpful. The hotel common areas and room itself were beautiful: a gorgeous terrace area where guests can enjoy breakfast and drinks and impeccably clean and nicely furnished rooms.

Clean and modern. Small with many little amenities. Nice patio lounge area, good shower, good bedding. Quiet AC , window could be opened. Nice quiet area, but close to many good restaurants

A fantastic location just a few minutes walk from the Lastarria Main Street with countless restaurants, bars, shops and street markets. Staff were extremely helpful, and the breakfast was excellent, including made to order omelettes.

Located on a quiet street. Bed was pretty comfortable and we were pleased with the accommodations. The private patio we had was ok. The furniture of pretty low quality and we preferred to enjoy the public courtyard full of plants and birds. A lovely little oasis.

Rooms were a bit dark
