Everything. It is a beautiful hotel. Boutique feels. Excellent facilities. The staff are incredible. I would be hard pressed to find better actually. All staff knew who I was when I said my room number. I was alone on this trip and feeling it. I would hug all of the staff. The inhouse, the concierge the reception all of the staff. They were so kind to me and would make me feel welcome. I was delicate when i travelled. Very emotionally delicate. I could not have picked a better place to think and work on my future goals. I would life in this hotel Singular Santiago. Honestly. I have travelled to many beautiful places and stayed in some significant hotels around the world. What the Singular did that was different they took an interest in me and made me feel so very welcome and even though I cried every morning in the breakfast room, they never made me feel awkward and were so kind to me. All of the staff that are in pivotal in client contact went out of their way every day for me. Everyday. I am so very blessed that I got to stay here.

Beautiful, stylish and comfortable hotel for a spot of luxury after 2 weeks travelling around Chile. The room was spacious and equipped with everything we needed, including an adapter plug which was a nice touch. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptional. We used the rooftop pool area/bar which was a relaxing suntrap, and also ate in the rooftop restaurant (due to it being a public holiday, so not a lot of other places were open for dinner). The dinner and breakfast the following morning were of a high quality. It’s also in a great location - we loved the Barrio Lasterria.

Nothing to dislike! Maybe the spa area could have had a jacuzzi (but this is being really picky!)

Where does one start? Pros: From the moment we arrived the attention to client was wonderful. We were met at the concierge desk and upon a quick check in we were off to our room. The room was a good size for our final night stay in Chile. The bathroom was quite large with a separate toilet and shower which one does appreciate. The staff were so lovely to leave us a bottle of champagne and note which we didn't expect and truly appreciated. We had dinner downstairs and Angela (from Peru I believe) was just the most delightful young lady. Service was spot on (I work in events/catering so I am always looking for the standouts) and the food was excellent. Compliments to chef and back of house. I made the mistake of not booking two full nights since our flight out was very late the next day. The staff extended our checkout and made every accommodation for us during the day. "You are our guest until we send you off to the airport" was what we were told and it was true. We had a few hours in the spa (ask for Isla) and ended up on the rooftop for a late lunch, taking in the sun and surrounding area of Lastarria. Took a lovely walk about the park and then the concierge Martin, found us a private car after our original driver had a mix up last minute. We would very much tell anyone going to Santiago to stay here. The staff are wonderful and patient with our poor Spanish. Have dinner here and definitely do a spa treatment but make sure to schedule ahead of time. Also if you have a long wait for an evening departure (US and Europe) add that extra stay on to relax in your room. Take time to walk about they have amazing Art Nouveau/Deco buildings*

We were told upon arrival they would take care of the luggage, which we took to mean our luggage would be taken up to our room. We had to call to find out were it was an hour or so after arriving. Very minor issue and they were so apologetic. Breakfast was included and we just made the end of it however we did order for my husband and though my breakfast came out his did not. The kitchen was closing but I enquired where it was and they made an exception and got him his breakfast. He didn't want to make a fuss but we did actually order it with mine so it wasn't an extra. Small hiccup too. Not a big deal at all at the end of the day. These were such minor bumps.

All of the staff are so lovely and friendly. Always happy to help with questions as well. The hotel is located in such a great interesting and lively area. It was so great to walk out the door and have so many fantastic choices of restaurants. The Hotel restaurant is hard to beat with the most amazing view! The Pisco Sours became a daily treat! We stayed for 10 lovely days and recommend a deluxe room with balcony. We were in 606 and it had a beautiful view of San Crystalobel.

The stand out of this hotel is the service. Staff remembering your name is a rarity these days. Our room was very comfortable, complimentary daily mini bar (waters, cokes), excellent towels and bedding, cleanliness. Breakfast was all made to order and excellent. The rooftop dining was also great, especially enjoying cocktails in the afternoon sun. Location was great with offerings directly accross the street, with a side street (exit the hotel, go left and left again) full of markets and restaurants, great vibes on the weekend. Concierge recommended a great place for a Sunday steak lunch (Quitral). This stay was a bit of a splurge for us to end a 3 week trip and it was totally worth it. The 3 nights we spent here were so relaxing and I'd struggle to stay anywhere else in Santiago.

I loved everything about my stay at The Singular. From the moment arrived, I was impressed by the facilities, the location, and the staff. Edison at the front desk was amazing! He worked very hard to get me into a beautiful room even though I arrived at 7:30 in the morning. Alex was a fantastic server at breakfast, and Felipe and Thiare at the rooftop restaurant were world class! I ate dinner there twice because the food and service were so incredible. They greet you by name and are unbelievably friendly and accommodating. I also loved the evening turn down service and the location so close to shops and artisans. My three-day stay could not have been more perfect!

This is a smartly understated hotel with exceptional staff, fantastic a la carte buffet breakfast and a great location. The rooms are well appointed, very comfortable, spacious and clean. I spent my birthday there and the staff provided little bday touches such as in room petit four and breakfast cake with candle, not over the top but a lovely touch. All of the staff were a pleasure to deal with, however particular stand outs were David the doorman who accompanied me to the nearest shop to buy an adapter, Gary who was so helpful when we needed to organise an early start airport car and breakfast, and Martin the concierge who was helpful even before we arrived with details of our booking and provided us with invaluable support during our stay. Highly recommended, fantastic experience here.

Nothing! Sad we ran out of time to get to the roof top bar!

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in Chile during our 2-week trip. The location could be a little strange in the night time outside, but absolutely safe inside. The room was great in terms of size, cleanliness and the amenities provided. The bathroom is very spacious. The design inside of the hotel and in the rooms is very special. the roof top restaurant was very good including the choice of food and drinks. The wine was great and the signature drinks were just amazing. The staff at the front desk and in the roof top restaurant were all great! The transport to the airport early in the morning was also with very fair prices compared to other 5* hotels in Santiago. All in all we definitely would choose it again for our next stay in Santiago.

The a la carte breakfast was not something we appreciated much. The room with tables was rather small and dark. The selection of food for breakfast in the menu was extremely limited for such level of hotel. It would be much better to have frequently changed small selection in buffet setup in the roof top restaurant. We had early flight and had limited time for breakfast, ordering a la carte and waiting was taking a lot of time. The pastry was overbaked, not sure about the rest as we just did not have time to wait longer. If we stayed for more than one night it could be a bigger issue.

It’s exceptional. Forget any other hotels you are thinking about and stay here. From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcome, valued and relaxed. The check in process was impeccable. We arrived very early from an international flight and they gave us our room many hours before check in (possibly because they saw how exhausted we were!). We had a king room which was beautifully appointed, everything worked as it should, the bathroom was well laid out. Every detail felt like it had been considered. Food and drinks throughout the hotel were impressive, with good selections for the included breakfast and many options for room service (which we used and was very tasty, well presented and delivered to the room very quickly).

Two things - there was a lot of noise late at night from the room above us. Not sure if this was very noisy guests or an issue with sound proofing but it was enough to wake two heavy sleepers up. The only other thing was that the TV didn’t have many options for non-Spanish speakers. Not a huge deal but stood out given they seemed to have thought of every other detail but this.

I had walked past The Singular for 6 days and knew I had to spend one night there on my return trip. The staff were faultless!! A big shine out to the lovely gentleman at front desk who got me in to the room hours before check-in which allowed me to shower and nap and then face the day after a long overnight flight from Bogota - muchas gracias!! He was so kind and his tips were great too!! Everyone was lovely! The room was divine, total luxury and just what you need after 3 weeks of travelling. Will definitely visit again!
